प्रौद्योगिकी विकास और प्रसार के लिए ज्ञान तक पहुंच (ए2के +) एक ऐसी योजना है जिसका उद्देश्य उद्योगों, अनुसंधान और शैक्षणिक संस्थानों, उद्योग की आंतरिक अनुसंधान और विकास इकाइयों, वैज्ञानिक और औद्योगिक अनुसंधान संगठनों (एसआईआरओ), सलाहकारों, उद्योग संघों, तकनीकी उद्यमियों, सरकारी विभागों और अन्य लोगों को विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी और नवाचार से संबंधित जानकारी का प्रसार करने के लिए तंत्र विकसित करना है। समर्थित कार्यक्रम * * 1। औद्योगिक प्रौद्योगिकी संबंधी अध्ययन (ए2के + अध्ययन) 1. राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलनों, प्रदर्शनियों आदि के आयोजन में सहायता करना। (ए2के + घटनाएँ) 1. महिलाओं के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी विकास और उपयोग कार्यक्रम (टी. डी. यू. पी. डब्ल्यू.) 1. ए2के + अध्ययन कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य प्रौद्योगिकी के उभरते क्षेत्रों में अध्ययन का समर्थन करना है जिसका उद्देश्य उद्योग, उद्योग संघों, शिक्षाविदों, अनुसंधान संस्थानों, सलाहकारों, उद्यमियों, अनुसंधान छात्रों और नीति निर्माताओं को इन क्षेत्रों में आगे कोई भी काम करने के लिए उपयोगी जानकारी और ज्ञान आधार प्रदान करना है; उभरते प्रौद्योगिकी क्षेत्रों में विकास का अध्ययन और विश्लेषण करना और व्यापक प्रसार के लिए निष्कर्षों, झुकाव और परिणामों का दस्तावेजीकरण करना; और सार्वजनिक वित्त पोषित संस्थानों से प्रौद्योगिकियों पर स्थिति रिपोर्ट तैयार करना, जो संस्थानों से बाजार में अनुसंधान आउटपुट के अनुवाद को उत्प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से व्यावसायीकरण के लिए तैयार हैं। <बीआर>
सहायता खर्च की निम्नलिखित वस्तुओं के लिए होगीः * * 1. मैनपॉवर। 1. नेटवर्किंग, सर्वेक्षण, हितधारक बैठकों, विशेषज्ञों, संसाधन व्यक्तियों आदि के लिए यात्रा; (किसी परियोजना के तहत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय यात्रा की अनुमति नहीं है)। 1. विशेषज्ञों और संसाधन व्यक्तियों के लिए परामर्श शुल्क। 1. आकस्मिकताएँ और उपभोग्य वस्तुएँ (उपभोग्य वस्तुओं में अध्ययन के लिए आवश्यक और टीएसी द्वारा अनुमोदित अनुसंधान उपकरण शामिल हो सकते हैं) 1. ओवरहेड शुल्क 15 प्रतिशत तय किए गए हैं। 1. टी. ए. सी. द्वारा सिफारिश और सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन पर कोई अन्य वस्तु। * * नोटः * * 1। मानव शक्ति खर्चों के लिए डी. एस. आई. आर. का समर्थन फेलोशिप दरों में परिवर्तन, यदि कोई हो, के संबंध में निश्चित रहेगा। 1. सामान्य-उद्देश्य अवसंरचनात्मक सुविधाओं की स्थापना के लिए कोई सहायता नहीं दी जाती है। <बीआर>
चरण 1: Offline — Step 1
Focus on Advertised Theme Area** Department regularly advertises theme areas for the studies, hence proposal should focus on advertised theme area and address the identified scope of the study. Ensure that the theme area for the study is clearly spelt out in the application.
चरण 2: Offline — Step 2
Submit Application in Prescribed Format** The agencies/organizations have to submit application in the prescribed format routed through the Head of the Institute.
चरण 3: Offline — Step 3
Prepare Budget as per Approved Heads** Funds should be utilized as per approved head without deviation from one activity to the other. Unspent amount shall be returned to Government of India, DSIR.
चरण 4: Offline — Step 4
Submit Draft Report to PRC** The study will be monitored and evaluated periodically by a project review committee (PRC) constituted by DSIR. The grantee organization will submit to the DSIR the draft report during the PRC meets. The suggestions and comments made by the Committee should be incorporated in the report and revised draft report should be submitted to the DSIR within a month. <br>
The following types of agencies/organizations are eligible to apply: <br> 1. Industry Associations including Sectoral Industry Associations, Export Promotion Councils and Chambers of Commerce and Industry 1. Central and State Government Departments and their associated bodies including Technical Consultancy Organizations 1. National R&D Institutions and Organizations including SIROs recognized by DSIR and PFRIs registered with DSIR 1. Approved Universities and Colleges as listed in UGC/AICTE website 1. Institutions having a distinct legal entity (as per Rule 228 of GFR 2017) <br>
The duration for the proposal study should be not more than 1 year. <br>
For each call of proposals, only one proposal will be accepted from each applicant organization. Further, not more than two proposals of any single agency shall be supported in any Financial Year. <br>
DSIR support shall be towards the following items of expenditure: 1. Manpower 1. Travel for networking, survey, stakeholder meetings, experts, resource persons etc. (International travel is not permissible) 1. Consultation fees for experts and resource persons 1. Contingencies and consumables (including research equipment essential for the study and approved by TAC) 1. Overhead charges fixed at 15% 1. Any other item upon recommendation by TAC and approval of competent authority <br>
The study will be monitored and evaluated periodically by a Project Review Committee (PRC) constituted by DSIR. The grantee organization will submit the draft report during the PRC meets and incorporate suggestions made by the Committee. The revised draft report must be submitted to DSIR within a month. DSIR reserves the right to terminate support at any stage if it is convinced that the grant is not being utilized properly or that appropriate progress is not being made. <br>
