लाभ
• ₹ 5,00,000-* प्रति वर्ष 2 प्रतिशत की दर से ऋण के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता के रूप में अग्रिम। ऋण राशि को आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को जमा करने के बाद दो किश्तों में अग्रिम किया जाएगा। उपयोग बिल जमा करने और निगम के अधिकारी द्वारा किए गए भौतिक सत्यापन/निरीक्षण के आधार पर दूसरी किस्त जारी की जानी है। ऋणकर्ता स्वीकृत राशि जारी होने की तारीख से 3 महीने के भीतर वास्तविक काम शुरू कर देगा। लाभार्थी का निगम द्वारा चिन्हित बीमा एजेंसी के साथ जीवन और संपत्ति का बीमा किया जाएगा और ऐसी पॉलिसियों का प्रीमियम ऋणकर्ता द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा (जब तक कि निगम द्वारा अन्यथा निर्णय नहीं लिया जाता है)।

आश्रय आधार योजना गोवा राज्य अनुसूचित जनजाति वित्त और विकास निगम लिमिटेड, जनजातीय कल्याण विभाग, गोवा सरकार द्वारा एक ऋण योजना है। यह योजना अनुसूचित जनजाति के सदस्यों को घरों की मरम्मत, नवीनीकरण/पुनर्निर्माण के उद्देश्य से ऋण के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए शुरू की गई है। निगम ने घरों की मरम्मत और नवीनीकरण/पुनर्निर्माण के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करके अनुसूचित जनजाति समुदाय की मदद करने का विचार रखा है। अनुसूचित जनजाति समुदाय के कई सदस्य हैं जो इच्छुक हैं, लेकिन बैंकों द्वारा दी जाने वाली ब्याज की उच्च दर के कारण, वे घरों की मरम्मत, नवीनीकरण या पुनर्निर्माण के लिए बैंक ऋण का लाभ नहीं उठा सकते हैं।

लाभ

पात्रता

  • अनुसूचित जनजाति समुदाय से संबंधित कोई भी व्यक्ति और जिसका घर (जिसमें एक मुन्डकैरियल घर भी शामिल होगा) या तो व्यक्तिगत रूप से या संयुक्त रूप से स्वामित्व में है, इस योजना के तहत वित्तीय सहायता के लिए पात्र होगा। 1. यदि घर संयुक्त रूप से स्वामित्व में है और एक ही घर में अलग-अलग रहने वाली अलग-अलग पारिवारिक इकाइयाँ हैं, तो ऐसी प्रत्येक इकाई वित्तीय सहायता के लिए पात्र होगी। 1. ऋण आवेदन की तारीख से आवेदक की आयु 55 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। हालाँकि, आवेदक की आयु में 58 वर्ष तक की छूट है यदि आवेदक राज्य/केंद्र सरकार/सरकारी निगम/बोर्ड या सहायता प्राप्त संस्थान का कर्मचारी है।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज़

  • Scheduled Tribe Certificate (Self-attested).
  • Age proof of applicant (Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate / Driving License)(Self-attested).
  • Self Affidavit on ₹ 50/- Stamp Paper duly notarized.
  • The copy of the latest house tax receipt. (original/self-attested).
  • N.O.C from Co-owner (if any) on ₹ 50/- Stamp Paper duly notarized.
  • Income Proof of the applicant i.e. salary certificate/ Last 03 months' Pay slips along with Form 16 or last 06 months' Bank Statement.
  • NOTE: In case the applicant is self-employed then the Last 3 years' I.T.R. along with the last 06 months' bank statement or income declaration cum affidavit on ₹50/- stamp paper duly notarized to be produced.
  • 02 (Two) sureties with one passport photo of each surety, latest salary certificate or last three (03) months payslips along with last (06) months bank statement or Form 16, affidavit of surety on ₹ 50/- Stamp Paper duly notarized and ID proof of surety.
  • NOTE: In case the applicant produces one surety working in the Government Department/ Corporation/ Board/Aided Institute, then 2nd Surety is not required. In case of the applicant is an employee of the State/ Central Government/Government Corporation/ Board or aided Institute no surety is required.
  • Estimated Cost of Repair/Renovation/Reconstruction of the house (as per format).
  • Photos of the house to be repaired/renovated/reconstructed.
  • Aadhar Card copy applicant (Self-attested).
  • Two passport-size photos of the applicant.
  • Bank Mandate Form.

आवेदन कैसे करें

  1. चरण 1: Offline — Step 1

    Visit the Office of the Goa State Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation Limited, 2nd floor, Smruti Building, Swami Vivekanand Rd, Altinho, Panaji, Goa 403001.

    Request a hard copy of the proforma of the application form for the scheme from the Concerned Officer of the Corporation.
