₹ 5,00,000-* प्रति वर्ष 2 प्रतिशत की दर से ऋण के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता के रूप में अग्रिम। ऋण राशि को आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को जमा करने के बाद दो किश्तों में अग्रिम किया जाएगा। उपयोग बिल जमा करने और निगम के अधिकारी द्वारा किए गए भौतिक सत्यापन/निरीक्षण के आधार पर दूसरी किस्त जारी की जानी है। ऋणकर्ता स्वीकृत राशि जारी होने की तारीख से 3 महीने के भीतर वास्तविक काम शुरू कर देगा। लाभार्थी का निगम द्वारा चिन्हित बीमा एजेंसी के साथ जीवन और संपत्ति का बीमा किया जाएगा और ऐसी पॉलिसियों का प्रीमियम ऋणकर्ता द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा (जब तक कि निगम द्वारा अन्यथा निर्णय नहीं लिया जाता है)।
