"अखिल भारतीय वेद सम्मेलन और अखिल भारतीय ज्योतिष वास्तु सम्मेलन" योजना उत्तराखंड सरकार के संस्कृत शिक्षा विभाग के तहत उत्तराखंड संस्कृत अकादमी, हरिद्वार द्वारा लागू की जाती है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य वेदों, ज्योतिष और वास्तु शास्त्र के अध्ययन, शिक्षण, प्रचार और अनुसंधान में लगे विद्वानों को सम्मेलन में भाग लेने के लिए एक मंच प्रदान करना है
