इस योजना का शुभारंभ मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के अनुसूचित जाति कल्याण विभाग द्वारा किया गया था। इस योजना का उद्देश्य समाज के हाशिए पर पड़े वर्गों के छात्रों को, जिनके माता-पिता अस्वच्छ और खतरनाक व्यवसायों में शामिल हैं, अपनी शिक्षा को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रेरित करना है। इस योजना के तहत, कक्षा 1 से कक्षा 10 तक के छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति के रूप में प्रति वर्ष 1,850 रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।

  • आवेदक अनुसूचित जाति या समाज की अन्य वंचित श्रेणियों से संबंधित होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक के माता-पिता में से एक या दोनों को अस्वच्छ/अस्वच्छ व्यवसायों (मैला ढोने वाले/फ्लायर/टैनर) में लगा होना चाहिए। जिन छात्रों के माता-पिता ने 1997 के बाद इन व्यवसायों को छोड़ दिया है, वे भी इस योजना के लिए पात्र हैं। 1. आवेदक छात्र होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को कक्षा 1 से कक्षा 10 में पढ़ रहा होना चाहिए। 1. एक परिवार के केवल दो बच्चे पात्र हैं। 1. आवेदक को मध्य प्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक किसी अन्य राज्य छात्रवृत्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं है।
