हरियाणा भवन और अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड (एच. बी. ओ. सी. डब्ल्यू. डब्ल्यू. बी.), श्रम विभाग, हरियाणा द्वारा "अपंजीकृत श्रमिक की मृत्यु पर सहायता (एच. बी. ओ. सी. डब्ल्यू. डब्ल्यू. बी.)" योजना शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत, कार्यस्थल पर दुर्घटना में मरने वाले एक अपंजीकृत कर्मचारी के कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी/आश्रित परिवार के सदस्य को बोर्ड द्वारा ₹ 2,50,000 की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।
