मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के श्रम विभाग द्वारा 'राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग परीक्षा सफलता पुरस्कार योजना' के तहत, राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग या संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की परीक्षाओं में विभिन्न स्तरों पर चुने गए पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिकों के बेटों और बेटियों को 15,000 रुपये से लेकर 50,000 रुपये तक का प्रोत्साहन प्रदान किया जाता है

  • * पंजीकरण के लिए * * 1. आवेदक को मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक एक भवन/निर्माण कार्यकर्ता होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक की आयु 18 से 60 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को पिछले 12 महीनों के दौरान कम से कम 90 दिनों के लिए किसी भी भवन या अन्य निर्माण कार्य में लगा होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक के पंजीकरण का सालाना नवीनीकरण किया जाना चाहिए। * आवेदन के लिए * * 1. आवेदक किसी पंजीकृत भवन/निर्माण कर्मचारी का बेटा या बेटी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक की आयु 45 वर्ष तक होनी चाहिए। 1. आवेदक के पास श्रम विभाग द्वारा जारी एक वैध पहचान पत्र होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक का चयन राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग परीक्षा या संघ लोक सेवा आयोग परीक्षा के प्रारंभिक या मुख्य स्तर पर किया जाना चाहिए।

    Enter your Composite Member ID and Samagra Family ID, then click Get Details.

    Your family or beneficiary details will be displayed on the screen.

    Complete the form by entering all required details (marked with *).

    Upload all necessary documents, such as ID proof and other relevant certificates.

    After completing the form and uploading the documents, click Submit and pay the application fee online.

    You will receive a registration number after successful payment and submission.

  10. चरण 1: Offline — Step 1

    The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Assistant Labor Commissioner/Labor Officer/Assistant Labor Officer/District Labor Office and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the concerned authority.

  11. चरण 2: Offline — Step 2

    In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

  12. चरण 3: Offline — Step 3

    Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the authority.

    Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.
