अरुणाचल प्रदेश सरकार के पशुपालन, पशु चिकित्सा और डेयरी विकास विभाग द्वारा लागू की गई इस योजना का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण आजीविका को बढ़ाना, टिकाऊ पशुपालन प्रथाओं को बढ़ावा देना और पशुधन क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता में योगदान करना है। इस योजना के तहत, बेरोजगार व्यक्तियों, स्वयं सहायता समूहों (एसएचजी), किसानों और सहकारी समितियों, सहकारी समितियों और डेयरी सहकारी समितियों (डीसीएस) को पशुधन पालन और संबद्ध गतिविधियों के लिए क्रेडिट-लिंक्ड सहायता के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।

  • इस योजना के तहत निम्नलिखित लाभार्थी पात्र हैंः-अरुणाचल राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन (ए. आर. एस. आर. एल. एम.) द्वारा प्रवर्तित स्व-सहायता समूह (एस. एच. जी.), व्यक्ति, किसान और #39; क्लब, पंजीकृत सहकारी समितियाँ और डेयरी सहकारी समितियाँ (डी. सी. एस.) पात्र होंगी। - व्यक्तियों को अरुणाचल प्रदेश अनुसूचित जनजाति (एपीएसटी) श्रेणी से संबंधित होना चाहिए और बेरोजगार होना चाहिए।
