पुडुचेरी सरकार के आदि द्रविड़ कल्याण विभाग द्वारा अस्वच्छ व्यवसाय में संलग्न छात्रों के माता-पिता को मैट्रिक पूर्व छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करने की योजना उन छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करती है जिनके माता-पिता अस्वच्छ व्यवसाय (मैला ढोने वाले, झाड़ू लगाने वाले और तंग करने वाले) में लगे हुए हैं ताकि वंचित समाज की स्थिति में सुधार किया जा सके। यह योजना आय और जाति के बावजूद छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करती है।
