झारखंड सरकार के अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अनुसूचित जातियों, अल्पसंख्यकों और पिछड़े वर्गों के कल्याण विभाग द्वारा 'आदिवासी संस्कृति एवं कला केंद्र/माझी भवन, मंकी मुंडा भवन, परहा भवन, परगना भवन, दुमकुरिया भवन एवं गोसाडे निर्माण एवं माझी थान शेड निर्माण योजना' का उद्देश्य जनजातीय संस्कृति और परंपराओं का संरक्षण, संरक्षण और विकास करना है। इस योजना के तहत, सांस्कृतिक और सामाजिक गतिविधियों के केंद्र के रूप में जनजातीय आबादी की सेवा के लिए सामुदायिक केंद्रों, सांस्कृतिक केंद्रों और पारंपरिक स्थानों सहित आवश्यक बुनियादी ढांचे का निर्माण किया जाता है।
* अनुदान और आबंटनः * * कार्य के दायरे और आवश्यक बुनियादी ढांचे के आधार पर प्रति परियोजना ₹2 5,00,00 0/- से ₹ 5,00,00,000/- की वित्तीय सहायता। * * सांस्कृतिक केंद्रों का निर्माणः * आदिवासी सांस्कृतिक संरक्षण के लिए समर्पित केंद्र जैसे कि माझी भवन, दुमकुरिया भवन और परगना भवन। * * बुनियादी बुनियादी ढांचे का विकासः * * सुविधाओं में चारदीवारी, बहुउद्देशीय हॉल, पेयजल की व्यवस्था, बैठने की जगह, ड्राइववे और पार्किंग शामिल हैं।

> Formation of Beneficiary Committee: • Conduct a Gram Sabha meeting in eligible villages. • Form a committee under the leadership of recognized tribal leaders. • Appoint a chairperson, secretary, and treasurer within the committee. <br> > Proposal Submission: • Submit the proposal to the District Welfare Officer (DWO) or ITDA Project Director. • Ensure the proposal includes the required documents. <br> > Approval Process: • District Welfare Officer reviews and forwards the proposal for technical and administrative approval. • Final approval is granted by the department and sanctioned funds are disbursed.
