योजना का विवरण

पंजाब सरकार के सामाजिक सुरक्षा और महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा "ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की विकलांग बालिकाओं के लिए उपस्थिति छात्रवृत्ति योजना" योजना शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विकलांग लड़कियों की स्थिति का उत्थान करना और इन लड़कियों को उपस्थिति छात्रवृत्ति के रूप में प्रोत्साहन देकर उन्हें निर्भर बनाना है। यह योजना ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विकलांग लड़कियों को अपनी पढ़ाई जारी रखने और पढ़ाई छोड़ने वालों को कम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करती है।

लाभ

छात्रवृत्ति की दरः 1. 10वीं कक्षा तक की छात्राओं के लिए ₹2,500/- प्रति वर्ष। 2. आई. डी. 1 से लेकर उच्च शिक्षा तक की बालिकाओं के लिए ₹3,000/- प्रति वर्ष। निदेशालय छात्रवृत्ति को छात्र के बैंक खाते में ऑनलाइन जमा करेगा।

पात्रता

  • 40 प्रतिशत और उससे अधिक अक्षमता वाली पंजाब की सभी ग्रामीण छात्राएँ (आर. पी. डब्ल्यू. डी. अधिनियम 2016 की अनुसूची में निहित किसी भी अक्षमता में)। 1. छात्रा के परिवार/अभिभावकों की मासिक आय ₹5,000/- प्रति माह से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। 1. बालिकाओं की न्यूनतम उपस्थिति 70 प्रतिशत होनी चाहिए। 1. यह छात्रवृत्ति पहली कक्षा से लेकर उच्च शिक्षा तक की छात्राओं को प्रदान की जाएगी।
