AICTE-Short Term Training Program (STTP) intends to conduct faculty training through financial assistance from AICTE to enable faculty members in the field of technical education.

• * * शैक्षणिक वर्ष के लिए प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करने के लिए मेजबान विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान को संस्थानों को धनः * * ₹ 5,00,000। - * * निधियों का वितरणः * * 1. स्वीकृत अनुदान की पूरी राशि विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान को अग्रिम के रूप में जारी की जाएगी। 1. एस. टी. टी. पी. के संचालन पर संस्थान द्वारा खर्च की गई राशि को उपयोग प्रमाण पत्र और विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप पर प्रस्तुत किए गए विस्तृत व्यय विवरण के आधार पर अन्य अनिवार्य दस्तावेजों जैसे फीडबैक फॉर्म, कार्यवाही की प्रति और समापन रिपोर्ट आदि के साथ समायोजित किया जाएगा। 1. अनुदान की उपरोक्त राशि शैक्षणिक वर्ष के लिए संस्थान को ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. द्वारा जारी अनुमोदन विस्तार (ई. ओ. ए.) के आधार पर जारी की जाएगी। शिक्षकों/कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षणः तकनीकी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में निम्नलिखित प्रकार के संकाय प्रशिक्षणः शैक्षणिक प्रशिक्षण। 1. इंजीनियरिंग और प्रौद्योगिकी, प्रबंधन, फार्मेसी, वास्तुकला आदि विषयों में कार्यरत शिक्षकों को विषय संबंधी प्रशिक्षण। 1. नैतिक मूल्यों, नैतिकता, व्यवहार विज्ञान और दृष्टिकोण आदि से संबंधित प्रशिक्षण। 1. नए भर्ती छात्रों के अभिविन्यास के संबंध में शिक्षकों के लिए प्रशिक्षण। 1. लाइब्रेरियन सहित तकनीकी और प्रशासनिक कर्मचारियों की सहायता के लिए प्रशिक्षण।

• संस्थान के लिएः ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. द्वारा अनुमोदित संस्थान-संकाय के लिएः सभी शिक्षक, तकनीकी शिक्षा के क्षेत्रों में तकनीकी और प्रशासनिक कर्मचारियों का समर्थन करते हैं। नोटः प्रति वर्ष प्रति संस्थान अधिकतम 5 प्रस्तावों पर विचार किया जाएगा, जिसमें स्वीकृत, पहले स्वीकृत, लेकिन पूरा नहीं किए गए प्रस्ताव शामिल हैं। हालांकि, प्रति संस्थान अधिकतम 3 प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी जाएगी।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज़

• ✓ > Submission of documents by university/institution:
• ✓ The following mandatory relevant documents are required to be submitted by the university/institution within one month of the completion of the program:
• ✓ Original Statement of actual expenditure & Utilization Certificate in the prescribed proforma duly signed by the Head of the institution and countersigned by Registrar/Finance Officer/Govt. Auditor. In case of self-financing/private institutions, Statement of actual Expenditure & Utilization Certificate are required to be audited & signed and sealed by a Chartered Accountant endorsing the membership number and complete postal address.
• ✓ Feedback form in the prescribed proforma.1. Copy of the proceedings and completion report.
• ✓ > For the Teachers
• ✓ Duly filled application form.
• ✓ Biodata and recent photograph.
• ✓ Curriculum vitae highlighting relevant teaching experience and qualifications.
• ✓ Statement of purpose explaining your interest in the chosen STTP topic.
• ✓ Recommendation letter from the Head of Department or Principal.

आवेदन कैसे करें

1. चरण 1: Online — Step 01

   Visit http://portal.aicte-india.org/partnerportal_enu/start.swe and click on New Institute button.

2. चरण 2: Online — Step 02

   After the redirected to another website, now hover the cursor on Login and select ‘Investor Login’.

3. चरण 3: Online — Step 03

   Click on ‘Sign Up Now’ to register.

4. चरण 4: Online — Step 04

   Enter the details and click on ‘Verify’ to receive OTP on your Email Id and Mobile Number.

   After successful verification Click on ‘Sign Up Now’ to register. <br> > Post-Registration Process:

   : Visit http://portal.aicte-india.org/partnerportal_enu/start.swe and log in with the credentials provided by AICTE.

   : Navigate to AQIS Application Screen by clicking on ‘AQIS Application’ screen tab.

   Institute details will auto populate in the AQIS Application.

   Fill demographic and Bank details .

    Only after confirming the Bank Details, the 'New' button will be enabled for adding the AQIS Application.Click on 'New' button to create AQIS Application.

    A unique AQIS Application ID will get created.Select ‘SHORT TERM TRAINING PROGRAMME (STTP) (UT-J&K,LADAKH AND NER)’ as Scheme from the drop down List.

12. चरण 7: Online — Step 07

    Now details to be filled for the as followed: Programme Details, Personalities Expected, Participating Industries ,Similar Events, Budget Estimate -Others, Academic Credentials of Coordinator/ PI/ Applicant, Justification, Credential of Institute / Department.

    Once the fill out all the data in the above mentioned tab, click on ‘Validate Application’ button on the ‘AQIS Application’ tab.

    Will get a pop up message to attach a Mandate Form after downloading the sample form.

    Now fill the amount in the ‘Total Funds Requested’ under label ‘Budget Estimates Others’.

    After Validation is completed successfully, read the declaration, check it and click on Save.

    > Teacher applications: Stage-1: Institutional Proposal Submission 1. Proposal Initiative: College/university takes the initiative to submit a proposal for hosting the STTP program. 1. Proposal Content: This proposal outlines the chosen topic, objectives, resource persons, budget, and participant details. 1. Submission Platform: The institution submits the proposal online through the AICTE portal. <br> Stage 2: Individual Teacher Application 1. Proposal Approval: Once institution's proposal gets approved, it receives details and guidelines for participant applications. 1. Application Procedure: You, as a faculty member interested in participating, can then apply through the institute's internal mechanism or designated online portal. 1. Application Requirements: • Duly filled application form • Biodata and recent photograph • Curriculum vitae highlighting relevant teaching experience and qualifications • Statement of purpose explaining your interest in the chosen STTP topic • Recommendation letter from the Head of Department or Principal
