आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, उत्तराखंड सरकार के तहत उत्तराखंड राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण द्वारा "उपचार के लिए अस्पताल में रहने की आवश्यकता वाली जीवन-घातक चोट के लिए अनुग्रह राशि" योजना लागू की गई है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य उन व्यक्तियों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है जो आपदाओं के कारण जानलेवा चोटों का सामना करते हैं और जिन्हें उपचार के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती होने की आवश्यकता होती है

  • आवेदक को उत्तराखंड का निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को आपदा के कारण हुई चोट के कारण सरकारी या गैर-सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती होना चाहिए, जिसमें राहत या आपदा तैयारी गतिविधियों में लगे लोग भी शामिल हैं जिन्हें इस तरह के काम के दौरान चोटें आई हैं

आवेदन कैसे करें

  1. चरण 1: Offline application

    Information about the disaster and the resulting damage is received from various sources. The concerned Patwari verifies the damage and records it in the P-20 form. The Patwari’s report is subsequently verified by the Tehsildar and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Approval is then obtained from the District Magistrate. Once the District Magistrate’s approval is received, relief funds are disbursed to the concerned beneficiaries at the Tehsil level. <br>

An ex-gratia grant of ₹16,000 per person is provided for hospital stays of more than one week, and ₹5,400 per person for stays of less than one week. <br>
