योजना का विवरण

अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा शुरू किए गए लाइब्रेरियनों के लिए ए. आई. सी. टी. ई.-तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय संयुक्त प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों का उद्देश्य लाइब्रेरियनों को ज्ञान समाज में सफल और प्रभावी होने के लिए तैयार करने के लिए प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करने में वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है। * कार्यक्रम के उद्देश्य हैं; - एक गतिशील और गुणवत्तापूर्ण उपयोगकर्ता केंद्रित पुस्तकालय और सूचना सेवाएं प्रदान करना जो जीवन भर सीखने के कौशल को विकसित करते हुए शिक्षण, सीखने और अनुसंधान को बढ़ाता है और मानव विकास को बढ़ावा देता है।-पुस्तकालय के माध्यम से विश्वविद्यालय में उच्च गुणवत्ता, विद्वतापूर्ण सूचना संसाधन और सेवाएं लाना। * * अवधि/प्रकार/प्रतिभागीः ए. आई. सी. टी. ई.-तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय न्यूनतम 25-30 प्रतिभागियों के साथ पाँच दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का होगा। विश्वविद्यालय एक वित्तीय वर्ष में ऐसा एक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करेगा। * * नैतिक मूल्यों पर प्रशिक्षणः नैतिक मूल्यों, नैतिकता, व्यवहार विज्ञान और उससे संबंधित प्रशिक्षण के लिए लाइब्रेरियन के लिए कार्यक्रम में कम से कम 3 घंटे का एक सत्र रखा जा सकता है। एएमपी; रवैया आदि * * आधारभूत संरचनाः एक आवासीय कार्यक्रम होने के नाते, विश्वविद्यालय के पास आवश्यक बुनियादी ढांचा होगा जैसे कि अतिथि गृह और भोजन कक्ष आदि। विश्वविद्यालय योजना दस्तावेज के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सख्ती से लाइब्रेरियन के लिए संयुक्त प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का संचालन करेगा।-विश्वविद्यालय इन कार्यक्रमों का प्रमाणन एआईसीटीई के साथ संयुक्त रूप से करेगा। विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि प्रमाण पत्र केवल उन प्रतिभागियों को जारी किए जाएँगे, जो अंत में अनिवार्य रूप से आयोजित होने वाली परीक्षा में अर्हता प्राप्त करते हैं।-विश्वविद्यालय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के संचालन के लिए सहायक के रूप में कार्य करेगा।-विश्वविद्यालय योजना के तहत स्वीकृत वित्त/अनुदान के लिए जवाबदेह होगा और वित्तीय अनुदान के लिए ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करेगा।-विश्वविद्यालय योजना के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए एक परियोजना निगरानी समिति का गठन करेगा। ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. उस समिति में एक सदस्य के रूप में अपना प्रतिनिधि प्रदान करेगा।-विश्वविद्यालय स्वीकृत अनुदान के लिए निर्धारित प्रारूप में वार्षिक रिपोर्ट, व्यय का विस्तृत विवरण और उपयोग प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करेगा, प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति के बाद एक महीने के भीतर, एक प्रमाणित चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट फर्म द्वारा विधिवत लेखा परीक्षा की जाएगी। लेखा ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. के अधिकारियों द्वारा निरीक्षण और सांविधिक लेखा परीक्षकों द्वारा लेखा परीक्षा के लिए खुले होंगे।-प्रत्येक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के संचालन के बाद, विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा दस्तावेज ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. को प्रस्तुत किए जाएंगे।

  • ✓ After conduct of training program for Librarians, the following documents shall be submitted by Technical University to AICTE:
  • ✓ Detailed schedule of training program.
  • ✓ List of resource persons invited with full address, contact details, topics etc.
  • ✓ List of participants attended the training program.
  • ✓ Copy of question paper and mark sheet for the test conducted at the end of program.
  • ✓ Minimum five photographs and a video CD of selected sessions.

    Users will be redirected to another website. Hover the cursor on Login and select ‘Investor Login’.

    New users need to click on ‘Sign Up Now’ to register.

    Enter the details and click on ‘Verify’ to receive OTP on your Email Id and Mobile Number.

    Navigate to AQIS Application Screen by clicking on ‘AQIS Application’ screen tab.

    Institute details will auto populate in the AQIS Application.

    Fill demographic and Bank details .

    Only after confirming the Bank Details, the “New” button will be enabled for adding the AQIS Application. Click on “New” button to create AQIS Application.

    A unique AQIS Application ID will get created. Select "AICTE- TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY JOINT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR LIBRARIANS" as Scheme from the drop down List.

    Now details to be filled for the as followed: Program Details, Personalities Expected, Participating Industries ,Similar Events, Budget Estimate -Others, Academic Credentials of Coordinator/ PI/ Applicant, Justification, Credential of Institute / Department.

    Once the user has filled all the data in the above mentioned tab, user should click on ‘Validate Application’ button on the ‘AQIS Application’ tab.

    User will get a pop up message to attach a Mandate Form after downloading the sample form.

    Now fill the amount in the ‘Total Funds Requested’ under label ‘Budget Estimates Others’.

    After Validation is completed successfully, read the declaration, check it and click on Save.
