  • आवेदक गोवा के अनुसूचित जनजाति समुदाय से संबंधित होना चाहिए।-आवेदक ने माध्यमिक विद्यालय प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा (एस. एस. सी. ई.) बोर्ड परीक्षा में कम से कम 65 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए होने चाहिए।-आवेदक को एक उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में पढ़ने वाला नियमित, पूर्णकालिक छात्र होना चाहिए।-उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय को केंद्रीय/राज्य गोवा उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त होनी चाहिए।-आवेदक को केवल 11वीं कक्षा में योजना के तहत लाभ के लिए आवेदन करना चाहिए।-जिस कोचिंग संस्थान के माध्यम से छात्र प्रवेश लेना चाहता है वह एक पंजीकृत निकाय होना चाहिए या सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1860/कंपनी अधिनियम, 2014, या राज्य के किसी अन्य प्रासंगिक अधिनियम के तहत पंजीकृत किसी भी संगठन द्वारा संचालित होना चाहिए।-आवेदक को किसी भी अन्य कोचिंग योजना के तहत लाभ प्राप्त करने से वंचित किया जाना चाहिए। (एस. एस. सी. ई.) योग्य छात्रों के बीच परीक्षा।-राष्ट्रीय पात्रता प्रवेश परीक्षा (एन. ई. ई. टी.) पाठ्यक्रम के लिए समान अंक प्राप्त करने वाले दो उम्मीदवारों के मामले में, योग्यता का क्रम तय करने के लिए विज्ञान विषय और उसके बाद गणित विषय में प्राप्त अंकों पर विचार किया जाएगा।-संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा (जे. ई. ई.) पाठ्यक्रम के लिए समान अंक प्राप्त करने वाले दो उम्मीदवारों के मामले में, योग्यता का क्रम तय करने के लिए गणित विषय और उसके बाद विज्ञान विषय में प्राप्त अंकों पर विचार किया जाएगा।-यदि छात्रों ने दोनों प्राथमिक निर्णायक विषयों में समान अंक प्राप्त किए हैं, तो योग्यता का क्रम तय करने के लिए अंग्रेजी में प्राप्त अंकों पर विचार किया जाएगा।-प्रत्येक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए 150 से अधिक छात्रों की प्रतीक्षा सूची तैयार की जाएगी।-यदि योग्यता सूची तैयार करने के बाद रिक्त स्थान हैं, तो उन छात्रों में से उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा

  1. चरण 1: Offline — Step 1

    The interested applicant should take a printout of the prescribed format of the application form. Alternatively, the interested applicant should visit one of the following Offices and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the designated staff: - Office of the Director, Tribal Welfare, Panaji-Goa - Office of the Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare, Margao-Goa

    In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

    The Director, Tribal Welfare, shall rest the entire power for scrutinizing the applications and sanctioning the benefits. A merit list shall be drawn up based on the marks secured in the Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) among eligible students for selection.

  5. चरण 2: Offline — Step 2

    Upon approval, the Director of Tribal Welfare shall convey the approval of sanction to the student and release the benefit. The coaching fees shall be reimbursed in two instalments, and the student must submit the required fee receipts for the release of the First Installment, which occurs in the XIth Standard.

  6. चरण 3: Offline — Step 3

    For the release of the Second Installment, which occurs in the XIIth Standard, the student must submit the passing marksheet of the XIth standard, along with the required fee receipts and attendance certificate. The payments are made directly into the student's bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode. <br>

The Coaching institute must be a registered body or be run by an organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, the Companies Act, 2014, or any other relevant Act of the State. <br>
