आदि द्रविड़ और जनजातीय कल्याण विभाग, तमिलनाडु द्वारा शुरू की गई "बुक बैंक योजनाः I" के तहत, सरकार द्वारा पाठ्यपुस्तकें खरीदी जाती हैं और शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में पुस्तकालयों को चिकित्सा, इंजीनियरिंग, कानून, एमबीए, पशु चिकित्सा, कृषि और पॉलिटेक्निक जैसे पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रमों में छात्रों के उपयोग के लिए प्रदान की जाती हैं। भारत सरकार की छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त करने वाले आदि द्रविड़ और जनजातीय छात्र अपनी पढ़ाई के दौरान इन पुस्तकों का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। पाठ्यक्रम पूरा करने के बाद, छात्रों को पुस्तकों को पुस्तकालय में वापस करना होगा। & प्रा. & प्रा. & प्रा.;

  • लाभार्थी तमिलनाडु का निवासी होना चाहिए।-लाभार्थी एक छात्र होना चाहिए।-लाभार्थी आदि द्रविड़/जनजातीय समुदायों से संबंधित होना चाहिए।-लाभार्थी को भारत सरकार द्वारा कोई भी छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त होनी चाहिए।-लाभार्थी को पाठ्यक्रम पूरा करने के बाद किताबें वापस करनी चाहिए।-लाभार्थी को निम्नलिखित पाठ्यक्रमों में से किसी एक में नामांकित होना चाहिएः 1. मेडिकल 1. इंजीनियरिंग 1. कानून (बी. एल./एल. एल. बी. 3 वर्ष और 5 वर्ष, एल. एल. एम./एम. एल. 2 वर्ष) एमबीए (2 वर्ष) 1. पशु चिकित्सा 1. कृषि 1. पॉलिटेक्निक 1. चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट, लागत लेखाकार (मध्यवर्ती, अंतिम) 1. मेडिकल, इंजीनियरिंग, कृषि, पशु चिकित्सा में स्नातकोत्तर तकनीकी पाठ्यक्रम 1. जैव-विज्ञान सहित अन्य समकक्ष व्यावसायिक अध्ययन।
