यह योजना 'भवन और अन्य निर्माण छात्रवृत्ति' कौशल विकास और तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, ओडिशा सरकार द्वारा लागू की गई है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य तकनीकी शिक्षा प्राप्त करने वाले उन छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करना है जिन्होंने अपनी पढ़ाई करते समय अच्छे या उत्कृष्ट योग्यता रिकॉर्ड हासिल किए हैं। यह अनुसूचित जाति श्रेणी या समुदाय के छात्रों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा के प्रावधान प्रदान करेगा। छात्र को आई. टी. आई./आई. टी. सी. पॉलिटेक्निक या डिप्लोमा होना चाहिए। बी. ओ. सी. छात्रवृत्ति शुरू करने का एक अन्य उद्देश्य छात्रों को सामाजिक और आर्थिक कल्याण प्रदान करना है ताकि वे छात्रवृत्ति राशि प्राप्त करते हुए अपनी तकनीकी पढ़ाई कर सकें। कौशल विकास और तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग सभी छात्रवृत्ति संचालन शुरू करेगा। <बीआर>
