हरियाणा सरकार ने घर की मरम्मत के लिए धन उपलब्ध कराकर राज्य के पिछड़े वर्गों की सहायता के लिए बी. आर. अम्बेडकर आवास नवीकरण योजना शुरू की। इस योजना के तहत सरकार लाभार्थियों को उनके पुराने घरों की मरम्मत के लिए 80,000 रुपये तक की मंजूरी देगी। हालाँकि, यह योजना केवल अनुसूचित जातियों (एससी), अधिसूचित जनजातियों और तप्रीवास जाति के लिए लागू है। यह एक जी2सी सेवा है। केवल एच. टी. टी. एस. पर ऑनलाइन आवेदनः //सरलहर्याना. gov. in/इस योजना के तहत स्वीकार किए जाते हैं। आवेदक अपनी तहसील/कल्याण विभाग से आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करके डॉ. अम्बेडकर नवीनिकरण योजना के लिए ऑफ़लाइन भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदक को ठेकेदार से विस्तृत मरम्मत उद्धरण के साथ वांछित जानकारी के साथ फॉर्म भरना होगा। एक बार प्रत्येक विवरण प्रदान किए जाने के बाद, इसे सत्यापित किया जाना चाहिए और तहसील/कल्याण विभाग को प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। इस योजना के लिए पात्रता की निम्नलिखित शर्तें इस प्रकार हैंः - आवेदक अनुसूचित जातियों में से होना चाहिए।-आवेदक के पास ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 50 वर्ग गज और शहरी क्षेत्रों में 35 वर्ग गज का भूखंड होना चाहिए।-आवेदक हरियाणा का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।-आवेदक को गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के परिवार की सूची में शामिल किया जाना चाहिए।-आवेदक के पास धन प्राप्त करने के लिए बैंक खाता होना चाहिए। इस योजना के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए, आवेदक के पास आवश्यक दस्तावेज होने चाहिए जो इस प्रकार हैंः - राशन कार्ड-मतदाता पहचान पत्र-आधार कार्ड-जाति प्रमाण पत्र-भूमि प्रमाण पत्र-आय प्रमाण पत्र-अनुमानित मरम्मत लागत-बैंक की पासबुक की फोटोकॉपी

Step 1: Visit the official website - https://saralharyana.gov.in/ Step 2: Click on the ‘Register Here’ button and provide necessary details, including full name, email address, and mobile number. Step 3: Once registered, you will be redirected to the Antyodaya - Saral Portal. Here, click on the ‘Apply for Services’ button. Search for the scheme, and click on ‘Housing Scheme for SC and Denotified Tribes, Dr BR Ambedkar’. Step 4: On the ‘Dr Ambedkar Navinikaran Yojana Application Form’, enter all the requested details, including category, name, address, bank details, and BPL ID. Moreover, you have to upload scanned copies of BPL proof and SC certificate. Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Submit’ button. Step 5: You can check your entered details on the next page and edit it if anything is incorrect. If the information is correct, click on the ‘Attach Annexure’ button. Step 6: Upload proof of residence, Aadhar linked bank account copy, plot registry copy, and press the ‘Save Annexure’ button. Step 7: Review the application and click on the ‘Make Payment’ button. You need to make a nominal payment of Rs 10 to submit the application. Step 8: After making the payment, you will receive a receipt which should be submitted to the concerned District/Tehsil Welfare Department.
