आंध्र प्रदेश ब्राह्मण कल्याण निगम (ए. बी. सी.) ने आंध्र प्रदेश के ब्राह्मण छात्रों को अपनी शिक्षा जारी रखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए शैक्षणिक वर्ष के लिए "शिक्षा के लिए भारती योजना-प्रथम श्रेणी से पांचवीं कक्षा" शुरू की। इस योजना के तहत पात्र गरीब ब्राह्मण छात्र आवेदकों को शैक्षणिक वर्ष के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त होगी। यह योजना आंध्र प्रदेश के सभी 13 जिलों में ब्राह्मण छात्रों के लिए लागू है।

- छात्र और उसके माता-पिता को ब्राह्मण समुदाय से होना चाहिए। 1. छात्र को आंध्र प्रदेश में पढ़ रहा होना चाहिए। 1. छात्र के माता-पिता/अभिभावक आंध्र प्रदेश में रहने वाले होने चाहिए। 1. माता-पिता/अभिभावकों की वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय ₹ 3,00,000-से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। 1. अनाथ, विकलांग (शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग), या एकल माता-पिता के बच्चों की श्रेणी के तहत छात्र को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। 1. छात्र को प्रजा साधक सर्वेक्षण (पी. एस. एस.) में नामांकित किया जाना चाहिए। 1. छात्र को इसी उद्देश्य के लिए किसी अन्य सरकारी योजना के तहत किसी भी राशि का लाभ नहीं उठाना चाहिए था। हालांकि, अर्चना वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट से लाभ उठाने वाले छात्र इस योजना के तहत पात्र हैं।
