महिला वैज्ञानिक प्रभाग का "बैक-टू-लैब" कार्यक्रम उन महिलाओं को अनुसंधान और पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फैलोशिप प्रदान करता है, जिनके करियर में ब्रेक है, ताकि वे विज्ञान अनुसंधान में फिर से प्रवेश कर सकें। फेलोशिप आमतौर पर 2 साल की अवधि के लिए प्रदान की जाती है। यह योजना उन बेरोजगार महिलाओं के लिए खुली है जो केरल की स्थायी निवासी हैं और विज्ञान या इंजीनियरिंग में पीएचडी के साथ योग्य हैं। इस योजना का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फैलोशिप प्रदान करके वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान में उनके पुनः प्रवेश की सुविधा प्रदान करना है। बैक-टू-लैब पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फेलोशिप कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य केरल में विज्ञान में महिलाओं का समर्थन करना है। यह कार्यक्रम उच्च शिक्षा और व्यवसायों में विशेष रूप से विज्ञान में महिलाओं के कम प्रतिनिधित्व के मुद्दे को संबोधित करने पर केंद्रित है। यह कार्यक्रम पारिवारिक प्रतिबद्धताओं के कारण आवश्यक कैरियर ब्रेक के बाद विज्ञान में महिलाओं के पुनः प्रवेश की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा। विज्ञान में अधिक संख्या में महिलाओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी सामाजिक रूप से प्रासंगिक और महत्वपूर्ण है, विशेष रूप से एक विकासशील अर्थव्यवस्था में। इसके अलावा, इस कार्यक्रम से मानव संसाधन क्षमता का प्रभावी उपयोग करके विज्ञान अनुसंधान में गुणात्मक हस्तक्षेपों को लाभ होगा। * *-एक वैज्ञानिक सलाहकार होना चाहिए जो संस्थान का एक नियमित संकाय/कर्मचारी हो जिसके मार्गदर्शन में शोधकर्ता को काम करना चाहिए। वैज्ञानिक सलाहकार के पास सेवानिवृत्ति से पहले संस्थान में कम से कम 5 या अधिक वर्षों की सेवा बची होनी चाहिए। वैज्ञानिक सलाहकार को परियोजना की प्रगति की लगातार निगरानी करनी चाहिए, कार्यक्रम के सुचारू कार्यान्वयन की सुविधा प्रदान करनी चाहिए और संस्थान द्वारा के. एस. सी. एस. टी. ई. को वित्तीय उपयोग प्रमाण पत्र समय पर जमा करना सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए।-अन्य राज्य/केंद्रीय वित्त पोषण एजेंसियों या अन्य स्रोतों से वित्तीय सहायता/वजीफा प्राप्त करने वाले पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फेलो के. एस. सी. एस. टी. ई. बैक-टू-लैब पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फेलोशिप के लिए एक साथ पात्र नहीं होंगे। पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फेलो को इस आशय का वचन देना चाहिए कि वह एक साथ किसी अन्य स्रोत से वित्तीय सहायता/वजीफे का लाभ नहीं उठा रही है।-परियोजना के सुचारू कार्यान्वयन के लिए कार्यान्वयन संस्थान को प्रयोगशाला, कंप्यूटर, पुस्तकालय, संचार, आवास, पानी, बिजली आदि जैसी पूर्ण बुनियादी सुविधाएं प्रदान करनी चाहिए।-परियोजना अवधि के अंत में अनुदान का अप्रयुक्त हिस्सा (अर्जित ब्याज के साथ) डी. डी. द्वारा सदस्य सचिव, के. एस. सी. एस. टी. ई. के पक्ष में परिषद को वापस कर दिया जाना चाहिए।-परियोजना के तहत किए गए शोध कार्य के आधार पर तकनीकी/वैज्ञानिक पत्र प्रकाशित करने वाले वैज्ञानिकों को के. एस. सी. एस. टी. ई. से प्राप्त सहायता को स्वीकार करना चाहिए।-पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फेलो को किसी के साथ सहयोग नहीं करना चाहिए।

1. यह योजना ₹75,000/- के वार्षिक आकस्मिक अनुदान के साथ ₹45,000/- + 10 प्रतिशत एच. आर. ए. प्रति माह की पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फेलोशिप प्रदान करती है। 1. अध्येतावृत्ति की अवधि अधिकतम 2 वर्ष तक सीमित है।

पात्रता

  • केवल महिला उम्मीदवार ही आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं। 2. आवेदक को केरल का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए। 3. आवेदक बेरोजगार होना चाहिए और आवेदन के समय पारिवारिक प्रतिबद्धताओं या अन्य संबंधित मामलों के कारण करियर-ब्रेक के तहत होना चाहिए। 4. आवेदक को आवेदन के समय किसी भी स्रोत से कोई परिलब्धि प्राप्त नहीं होनी चाहिए। 5. जिन लोगों ने अपने पीएचडी कार्यक्रम के लिए पहले केएससीएसटीई बैक-टू-लैब फैलोशिप का लाभ उठाया है, वे आवेदन करने के पात्र नहीं हैं। 6. आयु सीमाः 40 वर्ष-आवेदन की तिथि के अनुसार, ओ. बी. सी. के लिए 3 वर्ष और एस. सी./एस. टी. के लिए 5 वर्ष की छूट। 7. आवेदक के पास विज्ञान/इंजीनियरिंग विषयों में पीएचडी की योग्यता होनी चाहिए। 8. आवेदक को स्नातकोत्तर के लिए न्यूनतम 60 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करने चाहिए। 9. आवेदक को किसी संस्थान को अनुसंधान केंद्र के रूप में निम्नलिखित विषयों के अधीन चुना होना चाहिए। अनुसंधान केंद्र पी. एच. डी. अनुसंधान केंद्र के समान नहीं होना चाहिए। एएमपी; केरल में डी संस्थान (राष्ट्रीय/राज्य स्तर) या विश्वविद्यालय विभाग और "सरकारी संस्थानों" की श्रेणी से संबंधित होने चाहिए [हालाँकि, राज्य के बाहर प्रमुख राष्ट्रीय संस्थान जैसे आई. आई. एस. ई. आर., आई. आई. टी., आई. आई. एस. सी. आदि पर भी विचार किया जाएगा]। 10. आवेदक को एससीआई जर्नल/सुरक्षित पेटेंट में कम से कम एक शोध पत्र प्रकाशित करना चाहिए। 11. जिन लोगों ने पहले ही के. एस. सी. एस. टी. ई. या कहीं और से एक पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल फैलोशिप का लाभ उठाया है, वे आवेदन करने के पात्र नहीं हैं।

    Eligible applicants may apply online in the KSCSTE web portal for new applications in the following link: www.submit.kscste.kerala.gov.in > Scrutiny of the Application: Preliminary scrutiny of the application is carried out for verification of basic eligibility conditions and supporting documents. > Peer review: All eligible applications are subjected to peer review by five subject experts in the relevant area of research. Proposals with at least three reviews graded greater than 5 (on 10 point scale) are only considered for further processing. > Presentation before Expert Committee: Proposals which have passed the peer review requirements will be invited for presentation before the Research Advisory Committee. One or two reviewers will serve as additional Subject Expert during the RAC meeting. On favourable recommendation by the RAC, the proposal will be considered for funding by KSCSTE.
