15 अगस्त 2022 को शुरू की गई बीमा योजना-कारीगरों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ (बीवाईडीबीटीए) भारत सरकार के कपड़ा मंत्रालय की एक समाज कल्याण योजना है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य वरिष्ठ और पुरस्कार विजेता कारीगरों को प्रति माह 8,000 रुपये तक की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है, जिससे उनकी वित्तीय सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित होगी और हस्तशिल्प क्षेत्र को सहायता मिलेगी। आवेदन निकटतम हस्तशिल्प सेवा केंद्र के माध्यम से ऑफ़लाइन स्वीकार किए जाते हैं। इस योजना को कपड़ा मंत्रालय के विकास आयुक्त (हस्तशिल्प) के कार्यालय द्वारा लागू किया जा रहा है।

चरण 1: Offline application
Handicraft artisan registered with the office of DC (H) having valid photo identity card and such other conditions as deemed fit. The artisans should submit the application form duly filled in all respect to the nearest Handicrafts Service Centre for recommendation of loan or directly to the bank for availing MUDRA loan.
