"नकद पुरस्कार" योजना श्रम और रोजगार विभाग, सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई थी। अरुणाचल प्रदेश भवन और अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड (ए. पी. बी. और ओ. सी. डब्ल्यू. डब्ल्यू. बी.) के पंजीकृत श्रमिकों के लिए। राज्य सरकार पंजीकृत भवन और अन्य निर्माण श्रमिकों के बच्चों को परीक्षाओं में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए। बोर्ड ने प्रत्येक धारा में लाभार्थियों के तीन पुरुष और महिला बच्चों को हर साल नकद पुरस्कार देने का प्रस्ताव रखा है। उद्देश्यः पंजीकृत भवन और अन्य निर्माण श्रमिकों के बच्चों को परीक्षाओं में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना।

पात्रता
- कर्मचारी को अरुणाचल प्रदेश का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए। 2. कर्मचारी को भवन और अन्य निर्माण कार्यों में नियोजित किया जाना चाहिए। 3. कर्मचारी को श्रम कल्याण बोर्ड (एपीबी और ओ. सी. डब्ल्यू. डब्ल्यू. बी) के साथ पंजीकृत होना चाहिए। 4. कर्मचारी की सदस्यता सक्रिय होनी चाहिए। 5. जिन बच्चों के लिए पुरस्कार के लिए आवेदन किया जाता है, उन्हें दसवीं और बारहवीं बोर्ड या समकक्ष परीक्षाओं में उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। 6. सदस्यता वाले पंजीकृत कर्मचारी के बच्चे (एक बेटा और एक बेटी), जो मैट्रिक परीक्षा में अपने जिले में सबसे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करते हैं।
