"बाल स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम" उत्तराखंड सरकार के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग द्वारा कार्यान्वित राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन (एन. एच. एम.) के तहत एक पहल है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य राज्य भर में सुलभ, व्यापक और गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान करके 0 से 5 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों के अस्तित्व, स्वस्थ विकास और समग्र कल्याण को सुनिश्चित करना है
इस कार्यक्रम के तहत 0 से 5 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों को विशेष नवजात देखभाल इकाइयों (एस. एन. सी. यू.), नवजात स्थिरीकरण इकाइयों (एन. बी. एस. यू.) और पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्रों (एन. आर. सी.) के माध्यम से चिकित्सा सेवाएं प्रदान की जाती हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, आशा कार्यकर्ता, आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और ए. एन. एम. 0 से 5 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों को विटामिन ए और आई. एफ. ए. सिरप मुफ्त में वितरित करते हैं
चरण 1: Offline application
SNCU, NBSU, and NBCC are operational in the district hospitals, sub-district hospitals, primary health centers, and community health centers across the state. Services can be availed by registering at these centers. <br>
Children between the ages of 0 to 5 years who are residents of Uttarakhand are eligible to avail services under this scheme. <br>
The programme provides medical care, growth monitoring, nutritional supplementation, immunization support, etc. through health centers across the state. <br>
These facilities are operational in district hospitals, sub-district hospitals, primary health centers, and community health centers across Uttarakhand. <br>
Parents or guardians can avail services by registering their child at the nearest district hospital, sub-district hospital, PHC, or CHC where these units are operational. <br>
They play a key role in community outreach, distributing Vitamin A and IFA syrup to children aged 0–5 months, creating awareness, and ensuring regular health check-ups. <br>
Applications are accepted only on the official government portal.
Open Official Website"ARAVANAIPPU", a scheme by the Dept of Women and Child Development, Govt of Puducherry aims to improve the status of the girl child and provide nutritious food; financial assistance of ₹1200 is offered to lactating mothers. The girl child of the applicant should be born after 1-4-2005.
AB PM-JAY is a health insurance scheme for low-income families in rural and urban areas. The scheme aims to provide affordable healthcare facilities to the Poor. It is the largest health assurance scheme in the world which aims at providing a health cover of ₹5,00,000/- per family per year.
Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹2,100/- per year is provided to girls studying in Class 1 to 8 in government schools, belonging to families living below the poverty line (BPL) and whose both or one parent has passed away. Girls studying in Class 9 to 12 receive ₹2,500/- per year.
The Government of Tamil Nadu introduced "Assistance for Delivery/Miscarriage of Pregnancy/Termination of Pregnancy to Female Differently Abled Person.
Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹25,000/- per girl is provided for a maximum of two marriageable daughters of widows of ex-servicemen up to the rank of Havaldar, who are not receiving a Marriage Grant from the Kendriya Sainik Board.
