योजना का विवरण

2013 में शुरू की गई मुख्यमंत्री भवन और अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक आवास (ग्रामीण) योजना का उद्देश्य मध्य प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिकों को स्थायी घर प्रदान करना है जो बेघर हैं या कच्चे/अर्ध-पक्के घरों में रहते हैं। यह योजना राज्य के सभी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों (शहरी और नाजुल बाहरी क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर) में लागू है।

  • * पंजीकरण के लिएः * * 1. आवेदक को मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक एक भवन/निर्माण कार्यकर्ता होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक की आयु 18 से 60 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को पिछले 12 महीनों के दौरान कम से कम 90 दिनों के लिए किसी भी भवन या अन्य निर्माण कार्य में लगा होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक के पंजीकरण का सालाना नवीनीकरण किया जाना चाहिए। * आवेदन के लिएः * * 1. आवेदक को इंदिरा आवास योजना या मुख्यमंत्री अन्त्योदय आवास योजना के तहत आवास अनुदान के लिए पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक का परिवार अधिकतम तीन हेक्टेयर कृषि भूमि वाला होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक के परिवार की सभी स्रोतों से अधिकतम आय ₹3 लाख प्रति वर्ष तक होनी चाहिए। 1. आवेदक के पास आवास निर्माण के लिए पर्याप्त भूमि उपलब्ध होनी चाहिए, जैसा कि ऊपर खंड 6 में उल्लेख किया गया है। 1. आवेदक सरकार से आवास के लिए भूमि प्राप्त करने का पात्र होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को अपने स्वामित्व वाली कृषि भूमि पर घर बनाने का इच्छुक होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को गाँव की आबादी में भूमि धारक प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने का पात्र होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को 225 वर्ग मीटर के घर के निर्माण के लिए बैंक ऋण प्राप्त करने के लिए सहमत होना चाहिए। निर्धारित लेआउट में प्लिंथ क्षेत्र और श्रम/सामग्री/समावेश के रूप में अपना योगदान प्रदान करें।
