यह योजना कन्या भ्रूण हत्या को रोकने, कन्या जन्म को प्रोत्साहित करने, जन्म पंजीकरण को प्रोत्साहित करने, 02 वर्षीय लड़कियों का पूर्ण टीकाकरण करने, लिंग अनुपात बढ़ाने, बालिका मृत्यु दर को कम करने, बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने, बाल विवाह पर अंकुश लगाने, कुल प्रजनन दर को कम करने और लड़कियों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाकर समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाने के लिए है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप लड़कियां परिवार और समाज के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देंगी। योजना का उद्देश्यः * * 1। कन्या भ्रूण हत्या को रोकना। 1. बालिका के जन्म को प्रोत्साहित करना। 1. अनुपात को बढ़ाना। 1. जन्म पंजीकरण को प्रोत्साहित करना। 1. 2 साल की लड़कियों का पूर्ण टीकाकरण। 1. बालिका-शिशु मृत्यु दर को कम करना। 1. बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना। 1. बाल विवाह पर अंकुश लगाना। 1. कुल प्रजनन दर को कम करना और बालिकाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाकर समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाना। योजना निधियों का प्रबंधनः राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस योजना के लिए निधियों की व्यवस्था की जाएगी, इसके तहत राशि समाज कल्याण निदेशालय से सहायक निदेशक, जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई को उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। जिसके बाद राशि सहायक निदेशक, जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई द्वारा लाभार्थी के माता-पिता/अभिभावक के बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित की जाएगी।
* लक्ष्य समूह * * 1. अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से पैदा हुई बालिका को। 1. परिवार की केवल दो लड़कियों को दिया जाता है। 1. बिहार में रहने वाले परिवार को देय। अनुदान की प्रकृतिः * * 1. रु. 0 से 1 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग की प्रत्येक बालिका के माता-पिता/अभिभावकों को 2,000/- रुपये हस्तांतरित किए जाएंगे। 1. बालिका और आधार पंजीकरण के 1 वर्ष पूरे होने के बाद, रु। 1, 000/- उसी खाते में फिर से देय होगा।
चरण 1: Offline application
1. To take advantage of this scheme, the application form will be available at all Anganwadi centers of the Child Development Project. 1. The application form for this scheme will be made available free of cost by the maids of all Anganwadi centers. 1. For the benefit of this scheme, the applicant will fill the application in the prescribed form and submit it at the concerned Anganwadi centers along with all the necessary documents. 1. Child Development Project Officer will be the acceptance officer for this. 1. Registering the application form filled by the acceptance officer, the Assistant Director will make it available to the District Child Protection Unit. 1.
