The scheme “Chief Minister's Overseas Scholarship Scheme for Minorities” was launched by the Minorities Welfare Department, Government of Telangana in the year 2015-16 for students belonging to the Minority community to pursue Higher Studies in Post Graduate Courses in Foreign Universities.

लाभ
1. शुल्कः शुल्क का भुगतान दो किश्तों में इस प्रकार किया जाएगाः किश्त-I: छात्रों को लैंडिंग परमिट/कार्ड (आप्रवासन कार्ड) प्रस्तुत करने पर ₹2 लाख की राशि या वास्तविक शुल्क (जो भी कम हो) का भुगतान किया जाएगा; किश्त-II: प्रथम सेमेस्टर के परिणाम प्रस्तुत करने पर छात्रों को वास्तविक शुल्क (जो भी कम हो) की ₹2 लाख की राशि का भुगतान किया जाएगा। 2. सहायता राशि व्यक्ति को पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल होने के अधीन अनुदान के माध्यम से शुल्क और रहने के खर्च के लिए स्वीकृत की जाएगी, जो चयन समिति द्वारा चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को जारी की जाएगी। मंजूरी की कार्यवाही का उपयोग उम्मीदवार संबंधित दूतावास से वीजा प्राप्त करने के लिए कर सकते हैं। 3. छात्र प्रचलित ब्याज दरों पर किसी भी राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक से शैक्षिक ऋण के लिए पात्र होगा। 4. पुरस्कार विजेताओं को अनुसंधान/शिक्षण सहायक के रूप में अपने निर्धारित भत्तों को पूरा करने की अनुमति है। 5. चयनित उम्मीदवारों को एकतरफा टिकट का किराया दिया जाएगा।

योजना का विवरण

अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के छात्रों के लिए विदेशी विश्वविद्यालयों में स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों में उच्च अध्ययन करने के लिए अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण विभाग, तेलंगाना सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2015-16 में "अल्पसंख्यकों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री की विदेशी छात्रवृत्ति योजना" योजना शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत विदेश में स्नातकोत्तर/डॉक्टरेट की पढ़ाई करने के लिए प्रति वर्ष 500 अल्पसंख्यक छात्रों/स्नातकों को वित्तीय सहायता स्वीकृत की जाएगी।

लाभ

  • आवेदक तेलंगाना का निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय से होना चाहिए। 1. योजना के लिए आवेदकों के लिए योग्यता की ऊपरी आयु सीमा वर्ष के 1 जुलाई तक 35 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। 1. एक परिवार से केवल एक बच्चा पात्र है। 1. पुरस्कार विजेता पर दूसरे या बाद के समय के लिए विचार नहीं किया जा सकता है क्योंकि व्यक्ति को जीवन में केवल एक बार सम्मानित किया जा सकता है। 1. आवेदक के पास वैध टी. ओ. ई. एफ. एल./आई. ई. एल. टी. एस. और जी. आर. ई./जी. एम. ए. टी. होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विदेशी विश्वविद्यालय में प्रवेश प्राप्त होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक के पास वैध पासपोर्ट होना चाहिए। 1. सभी स्रोतों से परिवार की वार्षिक आय 5 लाख रुपये से कम होनी चाहिए। योग्यता मानदंडः * * 1. स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम के लिएः इंजीनियरिंग/प्रबंधन/शुद्ध विज्ञान/कृषि विज्ञान/चिकित्सा और नर्सिंग/सामाजिक विज्ञान/मानविकी में फाउंडेशन डिग्री में 60 प्रतिशत अंक या समकक्ष ग्रेड। 1. पीएचडी के लिए। पाठ्यक्रमः पी. जी. में 60 प्रतिशत अंक या समकक्ष ग्रेड। इंजीनियरिंग/प्रबंधन/शुद्ध विज्ञान/कृषि विज्ञान/चिकित्सा/सामाजिक विज्ञान/मानविकी में पाठ्यक्रम। पात्र देशः * * यू. एस. ए., यू. के., ऑस्ट्रेलिया, कनाडा, सिंगापुर, जर्मनी, न्यूजीलैंड, जापान, फ्रांस और दक्षिण कोरिया। * * टिप्पणी 1: * * चयनित उम्मीदवार को चयन के संचार के एक वर्ष के भीतर संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय में शामिल होना होगा। इस निर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति पर, पुरस्कार स्वचालित रूप से रद्द हो जाएगा और समाप्त हो जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत पुरस्कार का लाभ उठाने के लिए समय बढ़ाने का कोई अनुरोध करने की अनुमति नहीं है। * * टिप्पणी 02: * उम्मीदवार उस अध्ययन या शोध के पाठ्यक्रम को नहीं बदलेगा जिसके लिए छात्रवृत्ति स्वीकृत की गई है। * * टिप्पणी 3: * यह उम्मीदवार की जिम्मेदारी होगी कि वह उस देश के लिए उपयुक्त वीजा प्राप्त करे जहां कोई योजना से एक पुरस्कार के तहत आगे अध्ययन करने का इरादा रखता है और वीजा जारी करने वाले अधिकारी कृपया देख सकते हैं कि केवल इस प्रकार का वीजा जारी किया जाए जो केवल उम्मीदवार को विदेश में एक निर्दिष्ट पाठ्यक्रम को आगे बढ़ाने की अनुमति देता है और उसके बाद उम्मीदवार भारत लौटता है। * * नोट 04: * * उम्मीदवारों को विदेश में किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान में प्रवेश पाने के लिए अपना प्रयास करना आवश्यक है। * * टिप्पणी 05: * * पुरस्कारों का 33 प्रतिशत महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए निर्धारित किया जाएगा (यदि योग्य महिला उम्मीदवारों की पर्याप्त संख्या उपलब्ध नहीं है तो इस 33 प्रतिशत के खिलाफ पुरुष उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जा सकता है)। * * नोट 06: * एक ही माता-पिता/अभिभावकों के एक से अधिक बच्चे पात्र नहीं होंगे और इस प्रभाव के लिए, उम्मीदवार से एक स्व-प्रमाणन की आवश्यकता होगी।

    Notification shall be published in leading dailies calling for applications and wide publicity will be given in University Campuses and in the e-PASS portal in August / September and in January/February of the year;

    All such students desirous of applying for financial assistance for studies abroad shall apply online from 1st August to 30th September and again from 1st January to 28th /29th February of the year.
