1. पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में अध्ययन करने और पाठ्यक्रम लेने के लिए प्रायोजन। 1. स्थानीय युवा बी. एससी. जैसे पाठ्यक्रमों में दाखिला ले सकते हैं। (आतिथ्य और खानपान) और डिप्लोमा/पीजीडी पाठ्यक्रम (खाद्य उत्पादन, खाद्य और पेय सेवा, फ्रंट ऑफिस, हाउसकीपिंग, बेकरी और कन्फेक्शनरी)। 1. राज्य के 8 छात्रों को बी. एससी. करने के लिए प्रायोजित किया जाएगा। (एच एंड सी) भारत सरकार के पर्यटन मंत्रालय द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान में 3 साल के डिग्री पाठ्यक्रम के लिए। 1. राज्य के 25 छात्रों को खाद्य शिल्प संस्थान, नागांव, असम द्वारा प्रस्तावित पांच मांग-संचालित श्रेणियों में डेढ़ साल के लिए डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रम लेने के लिए प्रायोजित किया जाएगा, जो राष्ट्रीय होटल प्रबंधन और खानपान प्रौद्योगिकी परिषद से संबद्ध है।

अरुणाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने और प्रशिक्षित व्यक्तियों के माध्यम से उद्योग को विकसित करने के लिए "मुख्यमंत्री पर्यटन शिक्षा योजना" योजना शुरू की गई थी। पर्यटन और आतिथ्य उद्योग के क्षेत्र में कुशल श्रमशक्ति की बढ़ती मांग के साथ, स्थानीय युवाओं को ऐसे पाठ्यक्रमों में नामांकन के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना अनिवार्य है। इसलिए सरकार. अरुणाचल प्रदेश सरकार आतिथ्य और खानपान, खाद्य उत्पादन, खाद्य और पेय सेवा, फ्रंट ऑफिस, हाउसकीपिंग, बेकरी और कन्फेक्शनरी आदि जैसे विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश लेने के लिए राज्य के छात्रों को प्रायोजित करती है। राज्य में पर्यटन उद्योग के विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षित पेशेवरों की आवश्यकता महसूस की गई। इस प्रकार, यह योजना पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में व्यक्तियों के प्रशिक्षण का समर्थन करने के लिए शुरू की गई थी।
