"विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में आउटरीच कार्यक्रमों का संचालन" योजना को उत्तराखंड सरकार के विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के तहत उत्तराखंड विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान केंद्र (यू. एस. ई. आर. सी.) द्वारा लागू किया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य ऑनलाइन और ऑफ़लाइन दोनों माध्यमों से विज्ञान के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में आउटरीच कार्यक्रमों और गतिविधियों का संचालन करके छात्रों, शिक्षकों और आम जनता के बीच वैज्ञानिक जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देना है, जिससे राज्य भर में विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान अधिक सुलभ हो सकें
