'चिकित्सा प्रतिभूति योजना' झारखंड सरकार के श्रम, रोजगार, प्रशिक्षण और कौशल विकास विभाग की एक योजना है। यह एक 100% राज्य प्रायोजित योजना है। केवल झारखंड राज्य के निवासी/अधिवासी ही इस योजना के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इस योजना के लिए आवेदन विभाग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन स्वीकार किए जाते हैं। यह योजना पंजीकृत श्रमिकों को कैंसर, हृदय रोग (शल्य चिकित्सा सहित), गुर्दे की बीमारी (शल्य चिकित्सा सहित), लाइलाज मानसिक बीमारी (शल्य चिकित्सा सहित), एड्स आदि जैसी गंभीर बीमारियों के उपचार के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करती है। योजना के लाभ प्रति लाभार्थी प्रति बीमारी एक बार लागू होते हैं।
The scheme provides financial assistance to the Registered Workers for the treatment of serious illnesses such as cancer, heart disease (including surgery), kidney disease (including surgery), incurable mental disease (including surgery), AIDS, total hip replacement, spinal surgery, major vascular disease, bone marrow transplant, liver transplant, hepatoma, advanced cirrhosis of the liver, retinal detachment, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, reflux disease, reflux disease.
The scheme's benefits are applicable once per disease per beneficiary.
NOTE:
The benefits under the scheme will be payable after the recommendation of the district-level committee.
