योजना का विवरण

अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा शुरू की गई सहयोगात्मक अनुसंधान योजना (सी. आर. एस.) का उद्देश्य विभिन्न तकनीकी शिक्षा गुणवत्ता सुधार कार्यक्रम (टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी.) संस्थानों में भर्ती किए गए युवा टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. संकायों को अनुसंधान अनुदान के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है ताकि अनुसंधान के लिए सहयोग किया जा सके और अनुसंधान समुदाय का निर्माण किया जा सके। परियोजना की अवधिः * *-परियोजना की अवधि संस्थान के खाते में धन प्राप्त होने की तारीख से एक वर्ष की होगी। प्रसंस्करण कार्यप्रणालीः प्रस्ताव का मूल्यांकन निम्नलिखित रूप में गठित एक विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा किया जाएगाः-एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर के पद से नीचे की तीन सदस्यीय विशेषज्ञ समिति। चौथा सदस्य मूल्यांकन करेगा कि क्या तीनों में से कोई भी उपलब्ध नहीं है। - विशेषज्ञों में से कम से कम दो सदस्य संबंधित धारा से होंगे। नियम और शर्तेंः * *-परियोजना के कार्यान्वयन की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी प्रधान अन्वेषक की होती है। - यदि प्रधान अन्वेषक परियोजना के हस्तांतरण के बिना संस्थान छोड़ देता है या लंबी छुट्टी पर चला जाता है, तो सह-प्रधान अन्वेषक 1 को प्रधान अन्वेषक की सहमति और ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. से अनुमोदन के अधीन परियोजना को जारी रखने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। ऐसे सभी अनुरोध पहले से ही ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. को भेजे जाने चाहिए। इसलिए, परियोजना में सह-प्रधान अन्वेषक-1 (सह-पी. आई.-1) का संदर्भ-1 (डी) के रूप में जुड़ना अनिवार्य है। - यदि प्रधान अन्वेषक संस्थान छोड़ देता है और परियोजना को पूरा करने के लिए कोई अन्य संबद्ध सह-अन्वेषक नहीं है तो परियोजना को उस स्तर पर समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा और सह-पी. आई.-1 (मेजबान संस्थान से) के साथ पी. आई. उपयोग प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करेगा। आगे कोई अनुदान जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। अनुदान का उपयोग मंजूरी पत्र में निर्दिष्ट उद्देश्य के लिए सख्ती से किया जाएगा। एक मद से दूसरे मद में निधियों के पुनर्विनियोजन की सख्ती से अनुमति नहीं है; आवर्ती और गैर-आवर्ती मद कुल अनुदान का क्रमशः 40 प्रतिशत और 60 प्रतिशत है, जब तक कि टीईक्यूआईपी विशेषज्ञों द्वारा अन्यथा सिफारिश नहीं की जाती है। विशेषज्ञों द्वारा तय की गई उपकरणों की सूची अंतिम होगी और बाद में किसी भी बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। - एक बार परियोजना स्वीकृत हो जाने के बाद, परिषद अतिरिक्त अनुदान के लिए किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं करेगी। - परियोजना के निष्पादन के लिए अलग से संस्थागत व्यय प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा। - परियोजना अनुदान में से किसी भी धन का उपयोग विदेश जाने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता है-सम्मेलन/सेमिनार। हालांकि, देश में एक सेमिनार/सम्मेलन में एक पेपर प्रस्तुत करने के लिए, यात्रा खर्च अनुदान के आवर्ती घटक से पूरा किया जा सकता है।

पात्रता

  • प्रस्ताव संकायों के एक समूह द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए, एक विभिन्न टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. संस्थानों से प्रधान अन्वेषक (पी. आई.) है और अन्य टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. या गैर टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. संस्थान से सह-प्रधान अन्वेषक (सह-पी. आई.) हैं।-समूह में कम से कम 3 संकाय शामिल होंगे।-एक टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी.-संकाय मेजबान संस्थान से होना चाहिए जो एक प्रधान अन्वेषक (पी. आई.) होगा। प्रधान अन्वेषक के साथ, टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. या गैर टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. संस्थान से अधिकतम चार या कम से कम दो सह-प्रधान अन्वेषक (को-पी. आई.) होंगे।-एक अधिमानतः मेजबान टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. संस्थान का नियमित संकाय जिसमें पी. आई. संबंधित है, को-पी. आई.-1 होगा। ऐसा सह-पी. आई.-1 एक ही शोध क्षेत्र में काम कर सकता है या नहीं भी कर सकता है (हालांकि इसे प्राथमिकता दी जाती है) लेकिन पी. आई. के एक ही विभाग से संबंधित होना चाहिए।-अधिकतम दो प्रस्ताव एक पी. आई. (प्रधान अन्वेषक) द्वारा प्रस्तुत किए जा सकते हैं-केवल एक पी. आई. (प्रधान अन्वेषक) से एक प्रस्ताव परियोजना की अवधि के भीतर किसी भी समय स्वीकृत किया जाएगा। बीआर एंड जीटी; * * नोटः *-संस्थान सहयोग के लिए, उसी राज्य या क्षेत्र के टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. सलाहकार संस्थान या एन. आई. टी./आई. आई. टी./केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के साथ सहयोग करने को पहली प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए और जो मेजबान संस्थान के करीब है और संबंधित संकाय सह-पी. आई. होंगे।-समूह के पास किसी भी संस्थान (भारत या विदेश से टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. या गैर-टी. ई. क्यू. आई. पी. संस्थान) और औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों से भी आवश्यकतानुसार अतिरिक्त सह-पी. आई. हो सकते हैं।

  • ✓ Institute should submit their Mandate form (Refer Page No. 7) in given Format with duly signed by Head of the Institution and bank authority on portal. - Institute should submit the certificate of collaboration signed by Principal Investigator(PI), Co- Principal Investigators (Co-PIs) and Head of the Institution in provided certificate format.
  • ✓ Institute should submit the bio-data of all the PI & CO-PIs
  • ✓ Equipment’s list
  • ✓ Brief of Research Proposal containing project activities, schedule/timeline, relevance of Collaboration, industrial & social outcomes etc. (not more than 500 words)

    Visit http://portal.aicte-india.org/partnerportal_enu/start.swe and click on 'New Institute' button.

  2. चरण 2: Online — Step 02

    Users will be redirected to another website. Hover the cursor on Login and select ‘Investor Login’.

    New users need to click on ‘Sign Up Now’ to register.

    Enter the details and click on ‘Verify’ to receive OTP on your Email Id and Mobile Number.

    Navigate to CRS Application Screen by clicking on ‘CRS Application’ screen tab..

    Institute details will auto populate in the CRS Application.

    Fill demographic and Bank details. Check the Declaration flag and then click on “Save Bank Details” button.

    Only after confirming the Bank Details, the 'New' button will be enabled for adding the CRS Application. Click on 'New' button to create CRS Application.

    A unique AQIS Application ID will get created. Select the "Collaborative Research Scheme (CRS)" as Scheme from the drop down List.

    Click on the selection menu icon in TEQIP Faculty Id field to add details of TEQIP Faculty Id. A pop up window will open with Faculty details present in Institute for current. Select the Faculty from the list.

    Navigate to CRS Application. Further Navigate to CRS Faculty Details.

    Create the database of all the CO-PIs (Co-PI 1,2,3,4) by clicking on “NEW” icon. Then Enter the faculty details:.

    Further Navigate to CRS Institute Attachments. Upload the institutes mandate form for the same bank details which are entered initially.

    Navigate to CRS Application details. Click on the system generated CRS application ID an enter the details.

    After clicking on CRS application ID, user will be navigated to new page. Enter the details. Once all the details are filled click on ‘Save’ button.

    Scroll Down you will see the Proforma’s of the Documents which needs to be downloaded for the attachments.

    Navigate to PI Details tab for CRS Scheme. Enter the details. Click on ‘Save’ button.

The proposal shall be assessed by an expert committee of three members. Fourth member will evaluate if any of the three are not available.
