The interested applicant should take a printout of the prescribed format of the application form.

In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required). Sign the application form and mention the date.

चरण 1: Offline — Step 1
** *Await Script Scrutiny Feedback*** After submission, Tiatr Academy of Goa will scrutinize the script to verify whether it is related to the lives of children and check the interactive nature of kantaram. Feedback, if any, will be provided to the applicant within 10 days. The Academy has the right to make suggestions for improvement or reject the script completely if found unrelated to children's lives.
चरण 2: Offline — Step 2
** *Participate in Selection Process (If Applicable)*** If more than 15 applications are received, attend the meeting called by Tiatr Academy of Goa where selection of the remaining 12 troupes will be done by lots. The first three award winners of the previous year get direct entry if their applications are received before the due date.
चरण 3: Offline — Step 3
** *Submit Final Documentation Before Competition*** Submit the final typed copy of the script, typed copy of songs (kantaram), cast of the tiatr, and summary of songs to Tiatr Academy of Goa during office hours exactly 3 days before the date of commencement of the tiatr competition.
चरण 4: Offline — Step 4
** *Participate in Competition*** Stage the Tiatr at the place and day identified by Tiatr Academy of Goa according to the announced schedule. The performance will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Academy, and their decision will be final and binding on all participants. <br>
All child performers must be aged up to 16 years on the date fixed for submission of application. <br>
You must submit a refundable security deposit of ₹3,000/- in the form of cash or a Demand Draft in favour of Member Secretary, Tiatr Academy of Goa payable at Panaji. <br>
Your Tiatr must have 6 to 7 acts (podd'dde) with at least 4 cantos, comedy linked to the story, and at least 8 Kantaram including specified interactive components. <br>
Not more than 2 shows of the given script must have been performed prior to the performance at the competition. <br>
Themes of Tiatr should be compulsorily based on the lives of children only, and scripts having no relevance to children's lives will not be considered. <br>
15 Educational Institutions, Sports and Cultural Associations, or Individual Producers will be given an opportunity to participate in the production and staging. <br>
If any applicant withdraws after the schedule is drawn by Tiatr Academy of Goa, their full security deposit will stand forfeited. <br>
The duration should not be less than one hour and a half and not more than two hours and a half, including an interval of minimum 10 minutes and maximum 15 minutes. <br>
The final typed copy of the script and songs (kantaram) must be submitted during office hours 3 days before the date of commencement of the competition. <br>
You must submit self-attested copies of Birth or Baptism Certificates, or a certificate by the Headmaster or Headmistress of a recognized school certifying the birth date. <br>
If more than 15 applications are received, a meeting will be called and the selection of remaining 12 troupes will be done by lots. <br>
Your production must include at least 8 Kantaram with 1 duet (Interactive), 1 Duo (Interactive), 1 Trio (Interactive), 1 Quartet or Quintet (Interactive), 1 Choral Song and Solos. <br>
There should not be any adverse remarks against any Governments, Individuals, Institutions or anything against caste, creed and religion that may hurt anyone's sentiments. <br>
Artistes including technicians and backstage artistes can participate only under one troupe, but musicians can take part in more than one troupe. <br>
