"धनवंतरी आरोग्य रथ योजना" गुजरात भवन और अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड (जी. बी. ओ. सी. डब्ल्यू. डब्ल्यू. बी.), श्रम, कौशल विकास और रोजगार विभाग, गुजरात सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई थी। यह योजना यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लागू की गई है कि निर्माण श्रमिकों और उनके परिवारों को उनके दरवाजे पर प्राथमिक चिकित्सा उपचार मिले, गंभीर बीमारियों को रोका जा सके और निर्माण स्थलों, श्रमिक कॉलोनियों और कादियानाका सहित स्थानों पर उनके स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखा जा सके। ई. एम. आर. आई. ग्रीन हेल्थ सर्विसेज गुजरात (जी. वी. के.-108) द्वारा स्वास्थ्य विभाग और ई. एम. आर. आई. ग्रीन हेल्थ सर्विसेज गुजरात के साथ एक त्रिपक्षीय समझौता ज्ञापन के माध्यम से इस योजना को लागू किया गया है।
इस योजना के तहत, बुखार, दस्त, उल्टी, त्वचा रोगों जैसी सामान्य बीमारियों सहित प्राथमिक चोटों का उपचार और मूत्र, रक्त, रक्त शर्करा, मलेरिया जैसे प्रयोगशाला परीक्षण और महिलाओं और उनके परिवार के बच्चों की प्राथमिक देखभाल और गर्भावस्था के दौरान गर्भवती महिलाओं की प्राथमिक देखभाल सहित विभिन्न निदान मौके पर ही किए जाते हैं। इसके साथ ही उन्हें मौके पर ही मुफ्त दवाएं भी दी जाती हैं।

• First aid is provided by the Dhanvantari Arogya Rath at Kadianaka & construction sites. • The registered construction workers and their family members can avail the benefits by visiting there.
The scheme is implemented by EMRI Green Health Services Gujarat (GVK-108) through a tripartite MoU with the Health Department and EMRI Green Health Services Gujarat.
