इस योजना के तहत लाभ लाभार्थियों को उनके वार्षिक कवरेज की सीमा तक नकद रहित आधार पर प्रदान किया जाएगा और यह निम्नानुसार होगाः * * 1. बीमा कवर तीन या उससे कम सदस्यों के परिवार के लिए प्रति वर्ष ₹ 2,50,000 तक और चार या उससे अधिक सदस्यों के परिवार के लिए ₹ 4,00,000 तक होगा। किसी भी मामले में, दावा वार्षिक रूप से ₹ 4,00,000 से अधिक नहीं होगा। 1. बीमा लाभ परिवार के सदस्यों द्वारा व्यक्तिगत रूप से या सामूहिक रूप से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। 1. एक व्यक्ति सरकारी पॉलिसी और सुविधाओं पर कोई प्रभाव डाले बिना, उच्च प्रीमियम का भुगतान करके बीमा कंपनी से उच्च कवरेज लेने के लिए स्वतंत्र है। 1. 447 प्रक्रियाओं के लिए सुविधाओं को योजना के तहत शामिल किया जाएगा
चरण 1: Offline application
• The beneficiary may approach the Empanelled Health Care Provider (EHCP) as per the list provided on the website. After consulting the doctor, if the surgery is covered under the scheme and is available at the said EHCP, the patient can approach the DDSSY Sahayak at the hospital with the card, and the Sahayak will raise a request for pre-authorization with the ISA pre-authorization doctor. The objective of the DDSSY scheme is to provide quality medical care and treatment, including hospitalization and surgeries, to the residents of Goa through government and private hospitals on a cashless basis.
The scheme covers all residents of Goa who have lived in the state for five years or more.
