योजना "डॉ। अनुसूचित जाति के चिकित्सा स्नातक डॉक्टरों को ऋण/सहायता के लिए पी. जी. सोलंकी योजना "अनुसूचित जाति कल्याण निदेशक, सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता विभाग, गुजरात सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई थी। यह योजना वर्ष 1976 में शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत एम. बी. बी. एस., बी. एस. ए. एम., बी. ए. एम. एस., बी. ए. एम. (आयुर्वेद), बी. डी. एस. (डेंटल) होम्योपैथिक डिग्री/बी. एच. एम. एस. और डी. एच. एम. एस. डिप्लोमा और होम्योपैथिक डिग्री/डिप्लोमा (बी. एच. एम. एस. और डी. एच. एम. एस. डिप्लोमा) जैसी योग्यता रखने वाले अनुसूचित जाति के चिकित्सा स्नातकों को अपना स्वतंत्र पेशा शुरू करने के लिए ऋण/वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।

  • आवेदक को एम. बी. बी. एस., बी. एस. ए. एम., बी. ए. एम. एस., बी. ए. एम. (आयुर्वेद), बी. डी. एस. (डेंटल) होम्योपैथिक डिग्री/बी. एच. एम. एस. और डी. एच. एम. एस. डिप्लोमा, और होम्योपैथिक डिग्री/डिप्लोमा (बी. एच. एम. एस. और डी. एच. एम. एस. डिप्लोमा) जैसी योग्यता रखने वाला मेडिकल ग्रेजुएट डॉक्टर होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक अनुसूचित जाति श्रेणी से संबंधित होना चाहिए। 1. इस योजना का लाभ केवल गुजरात राज्य के मूल निवासियों को ही दिया जाएगा। 1. वार्षिक आय सीमा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए ₹ 6,00,000 और शहरी क्षेत्रों के लिए ₹ 6,00,000 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को सरकारी अस्पताल या किसी निजी संगठन में कार्यरत नहीं होना चाहिए। 1. इस योजना का लाभ परिवार में एक व्यक्ति को केवल एक बार मिलेगा। यदि किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की संलिप्तता पाई जाती है, तो सभी ऋण सहायता और अन्य खर्च आवेदक से वसूल किए जाएंगे। 1. आवेदक को ऋण स्वीकृत करने के बाद, 12 महीनों के लिए ₹5,000/- की मासिक किश्तों में पुनर्भुगतान किया जाएगा। 1. आवेदक को सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त करने के बाद 3 महीने में क्लिनिक शुरू करना होगा। 1. होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टरों को केवल शुद्ध होम्योपैथी में अभ्यास करना चाहिए।

    On the home page, under the tab ‘Citizen Login’, click on New User ‘Please Register Here’.

    Enter your Full Name as per Aadhaar Card, Gender, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Card Number, Email ID, Caste etc. and then click on ‘Register’.

    After successful registration, the applicants can login through their User ID and Password.

    Now, click on ‘User Profile’ to update your profile.

    Fill in all the mandatory information and then click on ‘Update’.

    After updating the profile successfully, select the scheme appearing on the home page; an application form will open.

    The eligible applicant may visit the nearest office of the District Deputy Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare, and collect the application form. The application form can also be downloaded from the official website.

    In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

    Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the concerned authority in the office.

    Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.
