  • पंजीकृत लोक कलाकार का बेटा या बेटी। 1. पंजीकृत लोक कलाकार का बोर्ड को कोई देय नहीं होना चाहिए। 1. पंजीकृत लोक कलाकार का बेटा या बेटी सरकारी या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान में पढ़ रहा होना चाहिए। 1. प्रति परिवार अधिकतम दो बच्चों के लिए सहायता उपलब्ध है। 1. यदि पति और पत्नी दोनों पंजीकृत लोक कलाकार हैं, तो उनमें से केवल एक ही इस सहायता के लिए पात्र है।

    The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the regional office and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form X(son or daughter), XI(daughter), XII(son or daughter) from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.

    In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

    Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Assistant Director/Deputy Director in the regional offices.
