"अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए प्रकोष्ठ की स्थापना" योजना को उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी परिषद (यू. सी. ओ. एस. टी.) द्वारा विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, उत्तराखंड सरकार के तहत लागू किया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य उत्तराखंड के अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) और अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी) समुदायों को वैज्ञानिक और तकनीकी हस्तक्षेपों के माध्यम से उनकी मौलिक चुनौतियों का समाधान करने, सतत विकास को बढ़ावा देने, पारंपरिक ज्ञान को बढ़ाने और समावेशी विकास के लिए कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता के अवसर प्रदान करके उन्हें सशक्त बनाने के लिए एक समर्पित प्रकोष्ठ की स्थापना करना है
"अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए प्रकोष्ठ की स्थापना" परियोजना को यू. सी. ओ. एस. टी. द्वारा विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के सहयोग से कार्यान्वित किया जा रहा है। एएमपी; प्रौद्योगिकी, भारत सरकार। लाभ-उत्तराखंड के 13 जिलों में रहने वाले सभी अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति समुदायों की बुनियादी समस्याओं को वैज्ञानिक अनुप्रयोगों के माध्यम से संबोधित करना। विभिन्न वैज्ञानिक अनुप्रयोगों के माध्यम से अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के बीच सतत विकास को बढ़ावा देना, उन्हें उचित विकास की दिशा में मार्गदर्शन करना। कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करके नवाचार के माध्यम से पारंपरिक ज्ञान प्रणाली को बढ़ाना। प्रौद्योगिकियों का एक डेटाबेस स्थापित करना और अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के बुनियादी संसाधनों का मानचित्रण करना
चरण 1: Offline application
SC/ST communities living in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand will be the targeted beneficiaries at the district level, for which baseline data will be generated by selecting priority areas within these SC/ST communities. <br>
The scheme is implemented by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) in collaboration with the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. <br>
The beneficiaries are members of Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe communities living in all 13 districts of Kumaon and Garhwal divisions of Uttarakhand. <br>
Baseline data will be generated, and priority areas will be selected from SC/ST communities in each district for focused implementation. <br>
