विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए शिक्षा ऋण योजना हरियाणा पिछड़ा वर्ग और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग कल्याण निगम द्वारा लागू की जाती है। इस योजना के तहत विकलांग व्यक्तियों (ऑर्थोपेडिक रूप से विकलांग, दृष्टिबाधित, श्रवण विकलांग, मानसिक रूप से विकलांग) को भारत और विदेशों में पेशेवर और तकनीकी शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए 50 लाख रुपये तक का शिक्षा ऋण प्रदान किया जाता है। हरियाणा के स्थायी निवासी, जिनकी आयु 18 से 55 वर्ष के बीच है और 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक विकलांग हैं, इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के पात्र हैं।
इस योजना के तहत विकलांग व्यक्तियों को भारत और विदेशों में व्यावसायिक और तकनीकी शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए 50 लाख रुपये तक का शिक्षा ऋण (ओ. एच./वी. एच./एच. एच./एम. आर.) प्रदान किया जाता है।

The eligible applicant may apply online through the Official Portal- Antyodaya-SARAL Portal: https://saralharyana.gov.in/

If the applicant is not registered on the portal, he/she gets registered there.

For registration, click “New User” under ‘Sign In Here’ and fill in all the mandatory details i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password & State. Click on ‘Submit’.

To avail the benefits of the scheme, visit the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal and log in through the email ID used while registering.

Enter Password & Captcha and click on ‘Login’.

After successful login, click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then ‘View all Available Services’

Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra number - Family ID and click on “Click here to Fetch Family Data” which displays the family members registered under the given Family ID.

Select the beneficiary/applicant name and enter the OTP that is being sent to the selected family member for verification. Click on “Click to Verify”

Fill in all the mandatory details and upload all the mandatory documents.
