"कानूनी सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 के तहत मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता" योजना को उत्तराखंड सरकार के कानून विभाग के तहत उत्तराखंड राज्य कानूनी सेवा प्राधिकरण, नैनीताल द्वारा लागू किया गया है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य उत्तराखंड में उन सभी पात्र व्यक्तियों को मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता प्रदान करना है जो कानूनी सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 के प्रावधानों के तहत मामला दर्ज करने का इरादा रखते हैं, पहले ही मामला दर्ज कर चुके हैं, या किसी मामले का बचाव करने की आवश्यकता है

पात्रता

  • आवेदक को उत्तराखंड राज्य का निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता के लिए पात्र होंगेः अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) और अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी) से संबंधित सभी नागरिक.-भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 23 के तहत परिभाषित मानव तस्करी, दुर्व्यवहार या जबरन श्रम के अधीन व्यक्ति.-सभी महिलाएं और बच्चे.-सभी विकलांग व्यक्ति और मानसिक बीमारी वाले व्यक्ति.-सामूहिक विनाश, जातिगत हिंसा, जातिगत अत्याचार, बाढ़, भूकंप, औद्योगिक आपदाओं आदि सहित प्राकृतिक आपदाओं या आपदाओं से प्रभावित व्यक्ति.-औद्योगिक्षेत्र में कार्यरत सभी कर्मचारी.-जेल, जेल, सुरक्षा गृह, किशोर गृह, मनोरोग अस्पताल या नर्सिंग होमें बंद सभी व्यक्ति.-पूर्व सैनिक.-ट्रांसजेंडर समुदाय से संबंधित व्यक्ति.-वरिष्ठ नागरिक.-एचआईवी/एड्से संक्रमित व्यक्ति.-अन्य सभी व्यक्ति जिनकी सभी स्रोतों से वार्षिक आय कम है। क्रम संख्या 1 से 11 में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों के लिए कोई आय सीमा नहीं है

  1. चरण 1: Offline application

    • To provide free legal aid, the High Court Legal Services Committee has been established at the Hon’ble Uttarakhand High Court, District Legal Services Authorities have been set up in all districts, and Legal Services Committees have been constituted at the Tehsil level. • An E-Seva Kendra has been established within the premises of the Hon’ble High Court (Gate No. 7), where legal aid and advice can be availed by submitting a form and contacting the High Court Legal Services Committee, Nainital, at telephone number 09412979696. Additionally, the legal aid helpline number 15100 and toll-free number 1800 180 4000 are operational at the front office of the State Authority, where legal aid and advice can be obtained by calling. • For free legal aid, if any senior citizen, woman, or child is unable to visit the concerned office or submit the online form, Legal Volunteers deployed across urban and rural areas of the state can provide assistance. The list of Legal Volunteers, including their names and mobile numbers, is available on the website: https://slsa.uk.gov.in - At the district level, each District Legal Services Authority has a front office where legal aid and consultation can be availed either in person or by submitting a form. Applicants can also apply for free legal aid online at: https://nalsa.gov.in/lsams/nologin/applicationFiling.action?requestLocale=en.
