'बौद्धिक रूप से विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए आवास' सामाजिक न्याय और विशेष सहायता विभाग, सरकार की एक योजना है। महाराष्ट्र से। इस योजना में, मानसिक रूप से कमजोर बच्चे जिन्हें देखभाल और सुरक्षा की आवश्यकता होती है, उन्हें किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) अधिनियम 2000 और संशोधन अधिनियम 2006 के तहत गठित जिले की बाल कल्याण समिति के माध्यम से आश्रय गृहों में भर्ती कराया जाता है। एम. डी. सी. घरों की संख्या 19 है जिनमें से 14 स्वीकृत हैं और 5 गैर-स्वीकृत हैं।
