Finally, click on "Submit Application" to complete the process. <br> Application Tracking: Applicants can track their application status online through the official website of the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Relevant updates will be sent to the registered mobile number.
चरण 1: Offline — Step 1
The interested applicant should visit the Labor Welfare Office (during office hours) and request a hard copy of the prescribed application form from the concerned authority.
चरण 2: Offline — Step 2
In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).

Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with a wage slip or appointment letter from the employer, verifying 90 days of construction work. If unavailable, a certificate from a local authority (such as a councilor, executive officer, or Panchayat Secretary) can be submitted to verify employment.
चरण 4: Offline — Step 4
After submitting the documents and payment, the worker will receive an acknowledgment receipt confirming their registration. <br> NOTE 1: Ensure that the application is submitted within the prescribed period, if any. NOTE 2: After three years, the worker must visit the office to pay a renewal fee and submit proof of 90 days of work each year to maintain eligibility for benefits. NOTE 3: A one-time registration fee must be paid at the office, and it will be valid for three years.
