"पंडित दीन दयाल उपाध्याय विज्ञान ग्राम संकुल परियोजना" योजना को भारत सरकार के विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग द्वारा वित्त पोषित किया जाता है और इसे उत्तराखंड सरकार के विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के तहत उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी परिषद (यू. सी. ओ. एस. टी.) द्वारा लागू किया जाता है। इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य पूरे उत्तराखंड में चयनित गांवों में आजीविका बढ़ाने के लिए विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के अनुप्रयोग के माध्यम से सतत ग्रामीण विकास को बढ़ावा देना है

चरण 1: Offline application
The project is being implemented through the formation of Gramodaya Cooperative Societies, with experienced farmers selected from the chosen clusters. <br>
The project is implemented by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. <br>
The project is implemented in selected villages across various districts of Uttarakhand. <br>
Selected farmers, entrepreneurs, self-help groups, and members of the general public residing in Uttarakhand are eligible beneficiaries. <br>
Villages are selected based on the availability of natural resources and the potential for livelihood improvement through technology interventions. <br>
Gramodaya Cooperative Societies are formed by selecting experienced farmers from the village clusters to manage and implement project activities locally. <br>
Applications are accepted only on the official government portal.
