लाभ
यह योजना विभिन्न प्रकार के भवनों (जैसे कक्षाएं, पुस्तकालय, प्रयोगशालाएं, प्रशासनिक ब्लॉक, कर्मचारी आवास, छात्रावास) के निर्माण और नवीनीकरण/विस्तार (मौजूदा भवनों के) के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करती है।-विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अनुमोदित सीमा के भीतर 100% आधार पर वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करता है।-कॉलेज भवनों के निर्माण के लिए एक योजना अवधि में सामान्य विकास सहायता के तहत आवंटित कुल अनुदान का 60 प्रतिशत तक सहायता ले सकते हैं। अनुमोदित अनुदान का 50 प्रतिशत योजना और अनुमानों को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की मंजूरी देते हुए जारी किया जाएगा-अनुमोदित अनुदान का 40 प्रतिशत लेखा परीक्षित उपयोग प्रमाण पत्र, व्यय का लेखा परीक्षित विवरण और निर्माण के चरण को दर्शाने वाली पहली किस्त की प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर जारी किया जाएगा (अनुलग्नक-IV और) V).-अनुदान का शेष 10 प्रतिशत पूरा होने के दस्तावेजों की प्राप्ति पर जारी किया जाएगा (अनुलग्नक-IV, VI, VII, संशोधित अनुमान और तस्वीरें). ######* * * * शर्तें * * *-कॉलेज को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि यू. जी. सी. अनुदान से अधिक खर्च, यदि कोई हो, तो कॉलेज द्वारा अपने संसाधनों से पूरा किया जाएगा।-धन की कमी के कारण निर्माण में देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए।-परियोजना को समयबद्ध तरीके से (महीनों में) पूरा किया जाना चाहिए।-निर्माण आयोग द्वारा स्वीकृत योजना के अनुसार निष्पादित किया जाना चाहिए

योजना & quot; भवनों के निर्माण के लिए महाविद्यालयों को विकास सहायता की योजना इसे विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू किया गया था। इस योजना का उद्देश्य कॉलेजों को बुनियादी ढांचे के समेकन और विस्तार में मदद करना है। यह योजना कक्षा, पुस्तकालय, प्रयोगशाला, प्रशासनिक खंड, कर्मचारी आवास और छात्रावास सहित मौजूदा भवनों के निर्माण और नवीनीकरण/विस्तार के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करती है। कॉलेज द्वारा एक भवन समिति का गठन करने, योजनाओं और अनुमानों को अंतिम रूप देने और विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सहायता से भवन परियोजनाओं को शुरू करने का संकल्प लेने के बाद इस योजना के लिए आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाते हैं

  1. चरण 1: Offline — Step 1

    Constitute the Building Committee and Determine Project Requirements*** The College must first constitute a Building Committee which includes the Principal/Teacher-in-Charge, Vice-Principal (if appointed), a representative of the affiliating University, a representative of the Central Public Works Department/Public Works Department/Zilla Parishad/Corporations (not below the rank of Assistant Engineer), and representatives from the teaching staff, user teaching departments, administration, and accounts division, along with the Architect engaged by the College. This committee is responsible for finalizing plans and estimates and ensuring proper utilization of funds. *

  2. चरण 2: Offline — Step 2

    Submit Project Proposal and Required Documents for University Grants Commission Approval.*** After the Building Committee has resolved to take up the project, the College must submit the proposal in the prescribed format, along with the required documents, to the University Grants Commission for final approval. On the basis of the documents submitted, the University Grants Commission will process the proposal and convey its approval or otherwise. <br>
