योजना का विवरण

"विज्ञान में युवा प्रतिभाओं को बढ़ावा देने की योजना-I (एस. पी. वाई. टी. आई. एस.-I)" का गठन उन प्रतिभाशाली युवा छात्रों को वित्तीय और तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से किया गया है जिनके पास वैज्ञानिक/तकनीकी गतिविधियों में नवीन विचार हैं। इस योजना के तहत, स्कूलों के छात्रों को हर साल एक विज्ञान परियोजना करने के लिए चुना जाएगा, और चयनित छात्रों को परियोजना को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। अनुदान उस संस्थान के प्रमुख को जारी किया जाएगा जिसमें छात्रों को काम के सफल समापन के बाद नामांकित किया जाता है, जो हस्ताक्षरित नियम और शर्तों, अंतिम परियोजना रिपोर्ट, व्यय विवरण (एसई,) और उपयोग प्रमाण पत्र (यूसी) प्रस्तुत करने के अधीन है। अनुदान का उपयोग केवल उस उद्देश्य के लिए किया जाएगा जिसके लिए इसे मंजूरी दी गई है। पुरस्कार विजेताओं से अनुरोध किया जाएगा कि वे अपनी परियोजनाओं/निष्कर्षों को प्रस्तुत करने के लिए केरल राज्य विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी और पर्यावरण परिषद (के. एस. सी. एस. टी. ई.) द्वारा आयोजित विज्ञान प्रतिभा मेले, बाल विज्ञान कांग्रेस या केरल विज्ञान कांग्रेस में भाग लें।

आवेदन कैसे करें

  1. चरण 1: Offline — Step 01

    Proposals in the prescribed format are generally invited in the month of June every year through advertisement on the KSCSTE website.) and dailies.

  2. चरण 2: Offline — Step 02

    Completed applications duly signed and forwarded by the Head of the Institution should reach the Director, Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, Sasthra Bhavan, Pattom P O, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004 on or before the deadline. Note 01: All institutions are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Note 02: Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Note 03: The decision of KSCSTE in the selection of projects shall be final. Note 04: A total of three copies of applications should be sent to KSCSTE along with the supporting documents. Note 05: The Head of the Institution shall ensure that the number of proposals being forwarded from the institution is as per the criteria given above, failing which none of the proposals from the institution will be considered. Note 06: The financial assistance will be disbursed to the Head of the Institution, only after the successful conduct of the project, subject to the submission of signed terms and conditions, final report, and financial statements. The audited Statement of Expenditure (SE) and Utilization Certificate (UC) in the standard format may be submitted within three months after the completion of the project.
