    The Primary Weaver Cooperative Society forwards the application to the concerned District Handloom Office. The Deputy/Assistant Director of the District Handloom Office records the date of receipt.

  7. Step 3: Offline — Step 3

    A selection committee reviews all applications, verifies the details and marks obtained by the applicants, and recommends eligible candidates for the award. The District Handloom Office prepares a consolidated list of all eligible students.
