Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a dramatic troupe or an individual producing Khell-Tiatrs.
  • The Khell-Tiatr produced by the applicant should be a new or old script.
  • The Khell-Tiatr produced by the applicant must conform to the traditional format of the Khell-Tiatr.
  • The Khell-Tiatr produced by the applicant must be one in which just one-story flows from beginning to end with an interval of 10 to 15 minutes.
  • The Khell-Tiatr produced by the applicant must have 12 to 14 cantos which are related to the theme of the play.
  • Out of these cantos, at least 7 must be of an interactive nature.
  • The band for the Khell-Tiatr produced by the applicant should include at least two blowing instruments, one keyboard, one bass guitar, and a drum set.
  • The applicant must not have any adverse remark made in any form, either written or verbal, against any Government/Individual/Institution, etc.
  • The applicant must not have anything against one’s caste, creed, and religion which may lead to hurting of religious sentiments of anybody.
