The interested School Education Committee / Urban Education Committee, after identifying the necessary repair works, should prepare a detailed proposal that includes all the essential details such as cost estimates, etc.

The interested School Education Committee / Urban Education Committee should submit the proposals (along with the copies of the required documents) to: *Directorate of Education, Porvorim, Goa - 403 501, 0832-2416139, 0832-2416023, 0832-24160332.* <br> Post-Application Process: The Director of Education after scrutiny sanctions Grant-in-aid to the extent of 75% of the estimated cost expenditure of the works as first instalment per work for the execution of minor works to the school buildings. <br> NOTE 1: Apply within the prescribed period (if any). NOTE 2: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
