उत्तराखंड सरकार के आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के तहत उत्तराखंड राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण द्वारा "कृषि भूमि के नुकसान और अन्य नुकसान के लिए सहायता" योजना को लागू किया जाता है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य उन किसानों को वित्तीय राहत प्रदान करना है जिनकी कृषि भूमि बाढ़, भूस्खलन, हिमस्खलन या नदी मोड़ जैसी प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई है
इस योजना के तहत, ऐसे मामलों में जहां 2 हेक्टेयर तक की कृषि भूमि वाले किसानों को नुकसान होता है और रेत या तलछट की परत 3 इंच से अधिक होती है, मलबे को हटाने, भूमि को समतल करने, या पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में मत्स्य जलाशयों की मरम्मत और बहाली के लिए प्रति हेक्टेयर 18,000 रुपये की दर से वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है। इस राहत के तहत प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को न्यूनतम ₹2,200/- का भुगतान किया जाता है-किसानों को भूस्खलन, हिमस्खलन या नदी मोड़ के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त भूमि के लिए ₹47,000/- प्रति हेक्टेयर प्रदान किया जाता है, जिसमें प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को न्यूनतम ₹5,000/- की सहायता दी जाती है
चरण 1: Offline application
Information about the disaster and the resulting damage is received from various sources. The concerned Patwari verifies the damage and records it in the P-20 form. The Patwari’s report is subsequently verified by the Tehsildar and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Approval is then obtained from the District Magistrate. Once the District Magistrate’s approval is received, relief funds are disbursed to the concerned beneficiaries at the Tehsil level. <br>
Farmers or families who own agricultural land as per revenue records and have suffered damage due to a natural disaster are eligible. <br>
Farmers having agricultural land up to 2 hectares are eligible for financial assistance under this scheme. <br>
