यह योजना 'विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए कृषि गतिविधियाँ' हरियाणा सरकार के हरियाणा पिछड़े वर्ग और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग कल्याण निगम द्वारा लागू की जाती है। इस योजना के तहत, कृषि उत्पादन, सिंचाई, बागवानी, रेशम उत्पादन, कृषि सेवाओं के लिए कृषि मशीनरी और उपकरणों की खरीद और कृषि उत्पादों के विपणन आदि के लिए विकलांग व्यक्तियों के रूप में पहचाने जाने वाले व्यक्तियों को ₹ 10,00,000 तक का ऋण प्रदान किया जाता है। हरियाणा के स्थायी निवासी, जिनकी आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक है, 40 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक विकलांग हैं, इस योजना के तहत पात्र हैं।
1. इस योजना के तहत, विकलांग व्यक्तियों को कृषि उत्पादन, सिंचाई, बागवानी, रेशम उत्पादन, कृषि सेवाओं के लिए कृषि मशीनरी/उपकरण खरीदने, कृषि उत्पादों के विपणन आदि के लिए ₹ 10,00,000 तक का ऋण प्रदान किया जाता है।
