* विवरण * * सरकार ने मौजूदा 'आमेर डुकन' के समान ही 'आमेर डुकन ऑन व्हील्स' नामक 'आमेर डुकन' का एक नया मॉड्यूल पेश करने का प्रस्ताव रखा है। नए मॉड्यूल के तहत, 22 गैर-पी. डी. एस. वस्तुओं (जो बढ़कर 36 हो सकती हैं) को न्यूनतम लाभ मार्जिन के साथ एम. आर. पी. से कम पर उपभोक्ता के दरवाजे तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत परिवहन के साधन के रूप में पर्यावरण के अनुकूल ई-रिक्शा का उपयोग किया जाएगा। इस योजना के माध्यम से, सरकार कैशलेस लेनदेन को बढ़ावा देने की योजना बना रही है क्योंकि ई-रिक्शा में एक जी. पी. एस.-सक्षम स्मार्ट फोन और ब्ल्यूटूथ बिलिंग प्रिंटर होगा जो स्मार्ट फोन से जुड़ा होगा। * * आमार दुकान ऑन व्हील्स योजना का मूल उद्देश्य बिचौलियों से बचकर आवश्यक वस्तुओं की कीमतों को नियंत्रित करना है। इस योजना के माध्यम से, उपभोक्ता अपनी आवश्यक वस्तुओं की दैनिक आवश्यकताओं को उचित मूल्य पर अपने दरवाजे पर प्राप्त करेंगे और बेरोजगारी की समस्या को दूर करने में भी योगदान देंगे। बीआर एंड जीटी;
* लाभ * * 1. आमार डूकन के मामले में लाभार्थी अन्य वस्तुओं के अलावा पहियों पर विभाग द्वारा आवंटित वस्तुओं को रखेगा। 1. आमार डूकन ऑन व्हील्स के चयनित लाभार्थियों को उपभोक्ताओं से 2 रुपये से 3 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम/प्रति लीटर का लाभ मार्जिन लेने की अनुमति है। 1. चयनित लाभार्थियों को निदेशक, एफसीएस के निर्देश का पालन करना चाहिए। सीए, सभी स्वायत्त परिषदों के उपायुक्त/उप-मंडल अधिकारी/प्रधान सचिव। उनकी ओर से किसी भी चूको गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा और कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू की जा सकती है, साथ ही उन्हें प्राधिकरण को ब्याज के अलावा वित्तीय सहायता वापस करनी होगी। 1. लाभार्थी को प्राधिकरण द्वारा निर्दिष्ट अनुसूची के अनुसार अपनी दुकान का संचालन करना चाहिए। इस संबंध में कोई भी चूक उसका लाइसेंस रद्द करने के बराबर होगी। 1. प्रत्येक लाभार्थी के लिए स्थानीय प्राधिकरण द्वारा संचालन का क्षेत्र निर्दिष्ट किया जाएगा। 1. पहियों पर सवार आमार डकन धारकों को वस्तुओं का वितरण करते समय कीमतों का प्रदर्शन बोर्ड प्रदर्शित करना चाहिए। 1. सभी स्वायत्त परिषदों के संबंधित उपायुक्तों/उप-मंडल अधिकारियों/प्रधान सचिवों के निर्देश के अनुसार एएएमएआर डुकान धारक चुनिंदा थोक विक्रेताओं/स्टॉकिस्टों से सामान उठाएंगे। 1. लाभार्थी को प्राधिकरण द्वारा निर्दिष्ट अनुसूची के अनुसार अपनी दुकान का संचालन करना चाहिए। इस संबंध में कोई भी चूक उसका लाइसेंस रद्द करने के बराबर होगी। 1. पहियों पर सवार एएएमएआर डुकन को निरीक्षण प्राधिकरण के लिए स्टॉक बुक और वितरण रजिस्टर को बनाए रखना चाहिए

Application Process • Deputy Commissioners/Sub-Divisional Officers/Principal Secretaries of all Autonomous Councils will invite applications and selection will be made on merit which includes 1. Educational Qualification. 1. Past experience if any, and 1. Financial condition
It will help in employment generation to most of the unemployed youth of the state.
It is utmost priority of the Government of Assam to provide Essential Commodities as reasonable prices to the consumers.
The applicant should be permanent resident of Assam.
He should attain the age of 18 years and above
His name should be registered in the Employment Exchange.
The minimum educational qualification will be HSLC or equivalent.
The eligibility for obtaining of licence for the purpose of AAMAR DUKAN on wheels is that, the applicant should be educated unemployed youth.
A Selection Committee will be constituted under the Chairmanship of respective Deputy Commissioners/Sub-Divisional Officers/Principal Secretaries of all Autonomous Councils and 3 (three) others members i.e. a) Deputy Director of Supply/Asstt. Director of Supply will be the Member Secretary b) Lead Bank Officer of the District. (Member) c) Respective Circle Officer.(Member)
The Selection Committee will select the beneficiaries of AAMAR DUKAN on wheels.
After selection the Deputy Commissioners/Sub-Divisional Officers/Principal Secretaries of all Autonomous Councils and the Chairman of the Committee will sent the list to the Government for approval with intimation to the Director, FCS&CA, Assam.
After approval of the Govt the grants in aid will be released to the beneficiaries through the Deputy Commissioners/Sub-Divisional Officers/Principal Secretaries of all Autonomous Councils
