इस योजना का उद्देश्य अच्छे संस्थानों से उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने वाले छात्रों को शिक्षा ऋण पर 50,000 रुपये तक की ऋण सब्सिडी प्रदान करना है। अभिनंदन शिक्षा ऋण सब्सिडी योजना आवास योजना के साथ शुरू की गई है। इस योजना के तहत असम सरकार उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने वाले सभी छात्रों को शिक्षा ऋण पर एकमुश्त सब्सिडी प्रदान करेगी। अभिनंदन योजना के तहत सभी प्रमुख बैंक, सभी वाणिज्यिक बैंक जैसे फेडरल बैंक और एचडीएफसी शामिल हैं। इस योजना में राज्य सरकार उन छात्रों के परिवार को सब्सिडी प्रदान करेगी जिन्होंने 1 लाख रुपये से अधिका शिक्षा ऋण लिया है। शिक्षा ऋण पर शिक्षा प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र इस योजना की ऑनलाइन या ऑफ़लाइन सदस्यता ले सकते हैं
* लाभ * * 1. असम सरकार द्वारा छात्रों को एक लाख रुपये तक के शिक्षा ऋण पर 50,000 रुपये की सब्सिडी प्रदान की जाएगी। 1. इस योजना में सभी आवेदक छात्र अपने ऋण का 25 प्रतिशत भुगतान करके सब्सिडी के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। 1. इस योजना के तहत, सब्सिडी केवल फेडरल बैंक और एचडीएफसी जैसे वाणिज्यिक बैंकों और असम ग्रामीण क्षेत्रीय बैंक जैसे क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंकों से लिए गए ऋण पर प्राप्त की जा सकती है। 1. इस योजना में सभी छात्रों को शिक्षा ऋण पर छात्रों को प्रोत्साहित करके वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त करनी होगी
