योजना का विवरण

वर्ष 2012-13 के दौरान केरल सरकार के पिछड़ा वर्ग विकास विभाग द्वारा "अधिवक्ता अनुदान" योजना शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत आर्थिक कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रहे पिछड़े वर्गों के विधि स्नातकों को अधिवक्ता के रूप में प्रैक्टिस शुरू करने के लिए अनुदान प्रदान किया जाएगा। इस योजना का उद्देश्य न्यायपालिका में ओ. बी. सी. का पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित करना है।

लाभ

1. बार काउंसिल में दाखिला लेने वाले कानून स्नातकों को प्रति वर्ष ₹12000/- का अनुदान प्रदान किया जाएगा। 2. यह अनुदान लगातार 3 वर्षों के लिए प्रदान किया जाएगा।

पात्रता

  • आवेदक को केरल राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए। 2. आवेदक केरल राज्य के राज्य पिछड़े समुदाय से संबंधित होना चाहिए। 3. आवेदक को कानून स्नातक होना चाहिए। 4. आवेदक को बार काउंसिल (केरल) में अधिवक्ता के रूप में नामांकित होना चाहिए। 5. आवेदक को राज्य के भीतर एक अधिवक्ता के रूप में अभ्यास शुरू करना चाहिए, केवल उसी पर विचार किया जाएगा। 6. आवेदक की वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय ₹ 1,00,000-होनी चाहिए। * * गरीबी रेखा से नीचे (बी. पी. एल.) उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी। * * टिप्पणी 02: * * उस आवेदक को वरीयता दी जाएगी जिसकी वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय कम है। * * टिप्पणी 3: * * यदि कोई संबंध है, तो ऐसे मामलों का निर्धारण कानून की डिग्री के अंकों के प्रतिशत के आधार पर किया जाएगा। * * टिप्पणी 04: * * यदि अभी भी कोई बराबरी है, तो उन उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी जिन्होंने केरल के विश्वविद्यालयों से कानून में डिग्री प्राप्त की है।
